Always a good experience here. Been for breakfast lunch and dinner and enjoyed all three experiences. The staff is nice and accommodating. It's an authentic Mexican style restaurant through and through with great flavor. The portion sizes are definitely more than enough. Most importantly it's budget friendly. Definitely my favorite neighborhood spot for a quick bite to grab and go or for a nice quiet evening to dine in.

I saw this place on Google and the pictures of the food looked amazing. My husband and I wanted to try something new so we were willing to drive a little further out than normal. I gave this place a 4 star overall but I want to be clear that the food is a 5 star for sure! Look at the picture of my breakfast. It was a 10 out of 10 for sure and I stuggle with giving this place a 4 but what brings the rating down was the atmosphere. The place is pretty small and there is a pretty heavy door that the wait staff uses to get to the kitchen and it slams really hard every time someone come in and out. The same thing for the front door and there were two radios playing different music at the same time so the atmosphere was not relaxing at all. In fact I would say it's overwhelming. Was it bad enough to never go back? No, because the food is so good I want to go back and try lunch or dinner but I know I'll have to sit outside on the patio. I hope they see this and make some adjustments.

I’ve been wanting to come by this place for quite some time, and we finally did it today. I’m so glad that we did! It was rainy outside, so we were the only customers there when we arrived (others came while we’re eating). The lady that served us was so nice and helpful. We had a fantastic taco meal (plazeros platter of mixed tacos) and got tres leches to go. We will definitely be back (maybe tomorrow…lol)!
Update: We came back for breakfast the next morning, and it was just as good as our supper the night before! Fantastic homemade corn tortillas stuffed with eggs, bacon, potato, etc. The pancakes were also fantastic. This is our new favorite place!

Ta' Bueno Mexican Kitchen is a gem for authentic Mexican food. the staff is warm, setting a welcoming atmosphere. We started with their fresh guacamole and chips—perfectly seasoned and a great start. The carne asada tacos were flavorful and rich, showcasing traditional Mexican flavors.

Their margaritas are a highlight and their micheladas. Service was prompt, with friendly recommendations. Overall, Ta' Bueno Mexican Kitchen delivers excellent food, reasonable prices, and a genuine Mexican dining experience.

I got the birria tacos and they were okay. I wouldn’t order them again. I paid cash and there is a statement on the door that you get 2.5% off with cash. My total was $16 and some change so I gave the guy $17 and he just said okay thanks I’ll let you know when your order is ready and never gave me my change back. I’m a tipper by nature as I’ve worked in the service industry for 5+ years so I just assumed he was taking the change as a tip and walked away but if he would have given me my change back I would have given more bc he was very nice but they also don’t even have a tip jar out sooo idk why he didn’t give me my change back on a takeout order. Never assume a tip and if the company is promoting the use of cash then a tip jar should be available. Either way food was mid.

Friendly people, great food! We got Tacos de Birria, and Pollo Parilla. Both were excellent. I asked to swap the rice and beans for a salad, and there was no hesitation. I got a lovely little salad with my chicken breasts.

Place is small and HOT. I don't think it has central AC. Looks like a small mini-split system. Margaritas are nasty WINE based and they don't have sweet tea! This is tx. Get AC, sweet tea and a liquor license. Quit being cheap and invest in a place with possibilities. Hopefully people will stop going for a bit to make the owners get in their pocket and invest some money in it. Oh yeah, if you're going to have TVs to watch, can you possibly buy new ones that the picture isn't going out on? The picture is fuzzy and green.

The food is really good here. Sadly, their popularity for such a small operation has led to operational issues. Long wait times, incorrect orders, won't answer phones, tabueno website ordering is archaic. Today, I walked in, saw they were extremely busy and walked out. I hope they can correct these issues.
