So my husband went to go get me food from Taco Bell that I asked for we get five items and he asked for extra hot sauce they refused to give it to him even when we said we would pay for them so I'm supposed to have one hot sauce for each supreme burrito that is ridiculous

Every single thing I ordered was wrong, soggy, and the hard shell supreme tacos had no bottom, no sour cream, no tomato’s, 2 specs of cheese, and were terrible.

I dont know if taco bell corporate was there for an inspection today. But everything from taco bell was really good. The cheese actually stretched and the food was noticeable heavier. I normally feel kinda depressed after eating taco bell but today was a really good experience.

I got nacho fries and when I dumped them out when I got home I see what looked like chewed up steak that was spit into the box. Absolutely disgusting. I think I’m calling the health department on this one. Yall be careful if you go here.

Went here for lunch today. Had questions because I don’t usually eat Taco Bell. The person who took my order sounded annoyed that she had to answer questions. Mind you, it was empty when I pulled up. After finding out they don’t have nacho fries or the chicken tenders anymore, I went ahead and ordered KFC chicken tenders (the meal). I asked for ranch. I made sure to confirm with the lady at the window that I got two ranches. She confirmed sounding a little irritated for another question. I parked to eat and they only gave me one ranch and one signature sauce (that I didn’t want). Then I open my box for my tenders, and they gave me Taco Bell fries. Never coming back to this Taco Bell/KFC even though it’s closer to my job. I don’t usually post reviews, but with this customer service I had time today.

This particular location is the least consistent taco bell I've ever been to. Food is always cooked differently. they have forgot items on several occasions. Have given this location chance after chance but they consistently disappoint. As someone who who worked in the food industry in my younger years this place should really be under a revision by the district manager for this store and the unacceptable service this store provides. I normally don't write bad reviews but in this particular case 1 star is being generous. I will not be coming back to this location. just hoping this will spread knowledge and prevent anyone from having this kind of experience with this location as i have had.

Plan on the drink of your Uber eats order being forgotten. Hesitated on leaving this review, but after happening at 50% of the time, i felt compelled.

Stopped in the other night to get some of the original recipe strips. Something i wished they’d been doing all along. Unfortunately at 9:59 or 10:02pm, depending on who’s watch you check, i guess. I was informed that “the KFC side had just closed”. Like… what?!? I don’t go to this location often as it’s out of my way. And I’ve never had that problem before. So it was a special trip for me to go out of my way just to be told, the KFC side was closed. Though that information is not posted ANYWHERE.
