They forgot to give me chips with my guacamole, good thing I checked my ordered before I left. I also ordered Black Bean Grilled cheese burrito. It's a veterinarian burrito. They put chicken in it which I did not asked for. I lost my appetite after that. Very disappointing. I understand it happeneds sometimes but they should follow the orders & menu.

They have the bathroom locked and do not allow customers to use it, they tell you that it is damaged, but I saw an employee come out of it.

I went here to get a quick bite to eat they were so polite so fast the facility is so clean which is very rare in a fast food restaurant right after lunch rush I recommend it to anybody who wants a quick bite with fresh food

Went to this Taco Bell today and ordered 3 bean burritos and a feezie and was given someone’s mobile order. So i had to drive all the way back to and get my correct food. I gave them the incorrect food back and was very polite and understood that things happen (i work in food service too). The only issue that I had with my visit, was that the lady who originally handed me out the incorrect mobile order, did not hand me out my correct food, but was standing behind the nice gentleman who did hand me my food and was death glaring me the entire time like I had ruined HER day. Not sure what her issue was but i hope you know just because you’re not directly in front of the window doesn’t mean you can’t be seen. It’s extremely rude to act this way when i just wanted my correct food. Sorry to bother you? Won’t be coming back.

Ordered at kiosk inside waited while workers were on phones and cooks stood there talking. After they mage some drive thru orders they went back to phones and talking. Asked if they forgot my order,si they gave me my drink order and still didn't make food until I asked again if they forgot my food

This is the best taco bell in the Cypress area. We go out of the way to eat at this Taco Bell because the one closer to our house is not good. Food is good, generous and the place is clean.

I came through and placed two orders for the chalupa meal ask for no sour cream on either order. Guess what they added a whole bunch of sour cream. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to it. Make sure to check your order at the window to see if they got it correct.

Do not go inside to order! I wanted time to look at the menu and went inside to order to-go. I watched 25 cars get served while my relatively simple order took 25 minutes to come out. Insane! Almost like they ignore orders inside
