As much as I love Taco Bell, this place got my order wrong 3 times. I asked for 3 black bean chalupas with no sour cream and they gave me beef with sour cream. When I went back to fixed it they gave me 3 refried beans chalupas WITH SOUR CREAM after stating I wanted no sour cream. I also had to PAY for 2 additional chalupas that I actually wanted and THEY STILL PUT SOUR CREAM. I asked multiple and told them I did not want sour cream and with each other they still gave me sour cream. Will not be return here since they couldn’t get my order they way I asked. I understand being busy but it doesn’t mean to not correctly giving people the things they order.

Very rude had to watch my mouth before I told her in the Drive-Thru if she didn't like the job she picked she should have never applied.. but I didn't and kept it cute..934pm whoever do drive-thru should be a shame of the attitude they present I'm very sure that it's not what corporate teaches you and on New Year's Eve shame on you

Do not come here unless you door dash or drive thru. Got me waiting over half a hour for take out while multiple people came in after and the guy behind the counter made drive thru and door dash pick ups a priority.. make it make sense why multiple orders placed after mine would get go out before mine?

Went late food was great order came out right, short wait but better than most.
I usually enjoy coming to this Taco Bell, but the food can be hit or miss. My burrito was really good, but the fried items tasted cold like they had been sitting for a while. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten cold food from this location, so I hope the cooks can turn it up a bit and serve everything fresh!
On the bright side, Bee at the window made our experience amazing. She has the best customer service, was super kind, and really knew the menu. Bee definitely deserves recognition for how well she treats customers. Thank you, Bee, for making our visit so pleasant!

Me and my girlfriend stopped here today for lunch before our shopping trip, as we occasionally do, but today just wasn't it. Our beefy 5-layer burrito wasn't very beefy, the stacker was mostly tortilla, they were stingy with the chips, and the nacho bell grande had sour cream despite me requesting otherwise. It wasn't bad and the food is usually great but I don't feel like I got what I paid for. Maybe they were busier than usual or had some new people on but regardless, it was a disappointing start to my day and enough to make me reconsider coming to this location in the future.

4:30 on Oct 4th, told the intercom person absolutely No sour cream on anything!!! What did I have on my burrito SourCream! Young man at window never said a word except price!!! Terrible service and incorrect order. Employees need supervision period. Very frustrating.

The place is nice, food is decent but the pricing is ridiculous! 12 dollars for a nacho bell grande is just ridiculous, sometimes the chips are stale, barely any cheese or queso, unless you ask for extra which you pay more for, some of the menu items are just trash and overpriced, I just do the boxes now and it's a little better, but I would much rather go to a real Mexican restaurant like last mañanitas and eat traditional Mexican food for the same price.
