I do not understand why it is so damn hard to have fries not be raw. Literally leave them the alone until the timer beeps and stop over crowding the fryer. The fried cost way too much for me to 1. Have RAW FRIES 2. HAVE TO THROW THEM AWAY

We came in at night like 8:00 and their kiosks were out so whatever. We ordered on the big screen and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes. The workers weren't doing anything so we asked about our order. They told us it basically didn't go through and we has to order again but our money would be refunded. That's a good thing but they could've just taken our order right there. Won't b going to Taco Bell for a while.

Honestly no complaints. I app order and it’s always fresh. The cheesy street chalupas are hands down best thing from taco bell.
I specifically requested no cheese on all three of my items and 1/3 of the items had cheese on them so this is why I’m leaving a two star instead of a one star.

Whole place is foggy and hot. Didn’t even bother to open a door. Manager its extremely rude! Couldn’t even bother to add sour cream to a taco that was supposed to have sour cream, even after I told him that it didn’t have sour cream. Continue telling me that he just made the taco and added sour cream.

They did let me in at closing, but stood at the counter with no one acknowledging me or to let me know that they would eventually get to me. A customer waiting on an order had to flag someone down for me

Only order if you dont change what comes with it. Ordering anything other than what the item comes with is too complicated for the staff understand.
