Honestly no complaints. I app order and it’s always fresh. The cheesy street chalupas are hands down best thing from taco bell.

Whole place is foggy and hot. Didn’t even bother to open a door. Manager its extremely rude! Couldn’t even bother to add sour cream to a taco that was supposed to have sour cream, even after I told him that it didn’t have sour cream. Continue telling me that he just made the taco and added sour cream.

They did let me in at closing, but stood at the counter with no one acknowledging me or to let me know that they would eventually get to me. A customer waiting on an order had to flag someone down for me

Stopped By Around 11:41pm At Night On 3/15/2025 Just About 6 Minutes Ago Via Drive Thru And The Employee (Lilly) Was So Sweet And Nice ! She Took My Order Down Precisely With A Kind And Caring Voice ! Her Customer Service Was Amazing ! Loved Her Additude ! Thankyou ! Very Satisfied ❤️

Extremely slow service and rarely ever correct. Door Dash drivers made to wait 30+ minutes. Think twice before using this location, unless you want to wait for cold food.

Ordered a mexican pizza at drive through, it tasted like paint chips (really old cooking oil), inedible. Chalupa shell was like cardboard. 2 years going here, and quality has always been mediocre at best, but recently more questionable. Service has been lazy and sluggish. Be prepared to repeat your order at the drive through several times. Consume at your own risk.
I will say this specific visit was very good. I've had many other visits where the food was eother wrong or missing an item all together. I couldn't imagine how much free money Taco Bell has taken from me over the last 20 years. But I still enjoy some things on the menu, unfortunately... (Still love the fiesta potatoes)

I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review, but I feel something needs to be said. Stopped to grab some food on our way home, had to go inside as it’s difficult to maneuver the drive through on a motorcycle. We literally stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. 5 people back there making food (excuse me, one was standing there on her phone,) not one of them acknowledged us or the people behind us. Not a hello, can i help you? Give us a minute, someone will be right there. So, not wanting to go somewhere else at this point, I decided to use the kiosk behind us, the Gals behind us did the same. Lo and behold, our food was out in just a couple of minutes. My point is, I don’t mind using the kiosk, but it would have been nice to have been directed to it rather than standing there being ignored and getting angry. Put up a sign at the register if you’re not going to take orders at the counter. A little customer service goes a long way.

They have the chili cheese classic!!! It was great. They were pretty busy and I had a call to leave. I was gonna cancel order but manager said my order was next. Above average for sure.

ordered a blackbean crunchwrap only to realize 3/4ths in they added beef aswell. have been vegetarian/vegan for 10 years and get physically ill when i eat meat.
