I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review, but I feel something needs to be said. Stopped to grab some food on our way home, had to go inside as it’s difficult to maneuver the drive through on a motorcycle. We literally stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. 5 people back there making food (excuse me, one was standing there on her phone,) not one of them acknowledged us or the people behind us. Not a hello, can i help you? Give us a minute, someone will be right there. So, not wanting to go somewhere else at this point, I decided to use the kiosk behind us, the Gals behind us did the same. Lo and behold, our food was out in just a couple of minutes. My point is, I don’t mind using the kiosk, but it would have been nice to have been directed to it rather than standing there being ignored and getting angry. Put up a sign at the register if you’re not going to take orders at the counter. A little customer service goes a long way.

They have the chili cheese classic!!! It was great. They were pretty busy and I had a call to leave. I was gonna cancel order but manager said my order was next. Above average for sure.

ordered a blackbean crunchwrap only to realize 3/4ths in they added beef aswell. have been vegetarian/vegan for 10 years and get physically ill when i eat meat.

Service was decent but my online order was 30 minutes late when it wasn’t busy. Everyone who ordered while I was waiting got their food which was frustrating. When I got home about 5 minutes later the food seemed stale like they forgot about it in the back or something. And I was given 2 regular hard tacos instead of the 2 double stacked I ordered. just a frustrating experience. If you order here maybe don’t do the online order and always double check your order with them.

Every time between 12am and 2am. Their system is always down. It's honestly ridiculous. Obviously, it's a lame excuse not to do anything.

I received two amazing steak, soft taco Supremes and I always get with onions. They were the best I had cinnamon twist on the side and I had a frozen lemon drink

Absolute inadequacy at the front counter, I've had to reorder 4 times before even paying and each time is even worse. If I did my job this poorly I wouldn't have one anymore. I haven't even gotten my food knowing it's going to be completely wrong. Do better. Do anything and it would be better
Amazing there. This one cashier was the best and the nicest and helped me out a lot I didn’t catch his name but he had a nose piercing and blond hair. I would 100% come here again

Vegetarian options: You need to request the option of no meat / dairy if you want vegetarian.
They have upped their game in general with the cantina style menu options, drive-thru has been pretty friendly each time I came here. Has been a good time 9/10 times I have visited them.
Vegetarian options: Fully customizable food options at location or through their mobile app.
Dietary restrictions: Meat or no meat, they are flexible helping you find the right item.
Parking: Open lot, with stores available in the area if you can't park there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to the place in the front.

Disappointed! At 1:30 pm you'd think the nacho fries would be hot. Mine were not even luke warm. Super hot dip does not make it ok. ??
