Zero stars. Hands down the worst Taco a bell location. They always get the order wrong. They always make you pull around to wait for your order, just to bring out lukewarm food. The last time we went they got our order wrong 4 times and the final time we just gave up and asked for a refund. Management at this location must change.

The place is a mess. the service was horrible. They didn't know what happened to peoples orders, customers were coming in to pick up and were told that the order had been picked up.... I waited for my food for over 30 minutes. I don't eat taco bell, I always have thought the food is awful, but my husband wanted to eat that junk, so I went to purchase it. It was a waste of $30.00. I will never ever buy it again, no matter what. They just threw the food in the bag. The bag had food all over but no point of saying anything because from the manager all the way down, you could tell they didn't care.

Terrible service. We ordered through the app and the lady at the store says they don’t offer the product anymore, even though it’s still on the menu. So we asked for a refund and the lady said we need to call the 1-800 number on the app, turns out there is no number. There was no apology and at times I got confused as to which brain cell I was talking to with this lady.

I usually get food from here and it's okay I mean its taco bell I'm not expecting the food to taste like something made from a 5 star restaurant but tonight was horrible the cheese was watered down the fries was soggy and cold and my nachos bowl did not come with a fork and was loaded with beans barely any other ingredients added, like its a nacho bowl where’s the cheese? And I'd usually check my bag before leaving but I was in a rush also I'm not going home anytime soon so its not like I can get a fork from there and yes I tried eating it with my hands but like I said it was so loaded with those beans that the chips were soggy so I literally couldn't lift it overall it was very disgusting and a waste of money definitely ruined my night cause I was starving.
Food was awful. Service was way longer than expected. Will not visit this location again.

Never had this before, but I stopped and grabbed two orders of doritos locos tacos to go. Anytime I don't eat them within 2 minutes the shells turn into a sloppy mess. But this time it wasn't the case. The tacos were ice cold.
Literally ice cold. They were so cold it made my teeth hurt. Garbage service is expected from taco bell, but this completely new for me. I've never eaten taco ice-cream before.
