My daughter usually loves the fried chicken strips. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The French fries were soft and cold, while the fried chicken strips were extremely hard and only warm. My 3-year-old even asked, “What happened to the chicken, mommy?”
I brought the food back and asked to speak with someone. The employee only said “hold on,” but no one ever came to check on me. We paid almost $20 for this meal and were only able to drink the Coke and eat the cheesy roll.
I understand places get busy, but the food quality and lack of customer service were unacceptable. I hope this can be improved.

Just got home with my order. Paid for 5 taco supremes. Got 5 regular tacos. No sour cream or tomatoes. Not the first time they got it wrong. I'm done with this Taco Bell. They do not hire employees that can pay attention to detail.

Please make sure to check all orders carefully before giving them to customers. Almost every time I get home to eat, there’s a missing item in my order. When I come back to pick up the missing item, there’s no apology or explanation. This is very frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Honestly, never had an issue at this Taco Bell and my food has always tasted great. Staff is usually chill, too. Service isn’t lightning-fast but preparing food *does* take time. Location is convenient, too

Ordered a couple burritos today sometime between 2-3. There was like one other person in the lobby and I did not see many cars in the drive thru. I requested extra meat on my burritos and I can guarantee despite paying extra it was not done so. Shame on them. I go often here so I’m surprised that happened today. I will likely swing by on some other occasion, If it does again I’ll just leave another review over it.
Probs the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too much rather drive few extra miles to another Taco Bell to avoid this one .. don’t believe me just go visit and you will know what I’m talking about

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had. Stepping to the counter, people standing around, was told they didn't take orders use the computer. Then the food was over fried, and when asked if we could have a different meal. We were told they wouldn't exchange it, that if have to buy another meal. The restaurant was unkept and the restroom..simply the worst. I really really hope corporate comes to this place. So so bad.
