Today, 4/16/2023 The manager said "I'm going kill you" after they got my order wrong & I subsequently asked for napkins & eating utensils. They then slammed the window in my face and just ignored me. They hate customers.

It’s a hit or miss sometimes. Most of the time the order is good & sometimes there are some flaws such as very little meat in the tacos or something tasting off like the cinnamon twist had some chemical taste to it so I didn’t eat it all.. the nachos today were really good though.

Filled an online order here. They left out both burritos I ordered and didn’t even give me the chips for the “chips and cheese”. Horrible service too, never go here.

Absolute worst Taco bell experience today. Placed a mobile order at 1pm, arrived at 1:10pm. At 1:30pm I inquired about my order and I was told they are waiting on the empanada and it would take 8 minutes. I found out my food had been sitting there the whole time and was cold. By this time I had invest 40 minutes for $20 worth of fast food. If I hadn't already missed lunch with my wife before she went back to work I would have had them re make it. Get your stuff together people, the drive through customers were served the entire time I was waiting.Not to mention the sorry, sloppy excuse for a Cantina taco I received, pictured below. Do better taco bell.EDIT:Returned today for a mobile order at the drive through, was asked to pull around. Waited over 20 minutes and received cold food. I hate that the taco bell one stoplight from my house is this awful because I really love taco bell but everyone that works here needs to be retrained immediately.EDIT:This place has been getting bad reviews for at least 6 years, how has yum brands not stepped in and done something yet?

Had 2 quesdillas, which you can judge by the picture of the chicken that was in it and as for the ? taco it wasn't the best I had this taco bell might as well close down and employees need better customer service skills in serving thier customers.

Manager and girl employee have bad attitude I ask for fresh food and they gave me the food they had in the warmer I told them I wanted it fresh and I would wait they had me wait and gave me the same food back I wanted a refund that is when the manager got attitude I told her I wanted my receipt and she had it in a ball in her hand that she needed it for her record what a lie why she put it in a ball then I will never go back there and I will tell my friends and family not to go there as well

I have been to many locations. This one is by far the worst. I was not greeted at the front. There's nobody standing at the front register to take orders. Everybody was working at the drive-thru. I then went through the kiosk ordering and was standing there and a lady with long hair when I turned around. Ask me specifically in these exact words. What do you want? And I said I'm just standing here waiting for my food and she told me to Wait by the kiosk and many people came in. Never greeted anybody. I was waiting for my food for 25 minutes more people came in with wrong orders through the drive-thru and indicates it took them just as long to acknowledge them as it did with me. All this tables were sticky. The soda machine look like it hadn't been wiped down and leaks the cleanliness was definitely not upkept throughout the day and the employees were shutting down even though was multiple hours before they were scheduled to close

I’ll be going out of my way to drive to another location from now on. There is a 95% chance of them screwing up the order. They majorly skimp on the meat too and the food looks thrown together. Idk who is “managing” this store, but they’re doing a terrible job.
