Horrible experience, food was thrashed, tacos broken, quesadillas not cut and to top it off we had to listen to the worker at the window( i believe the manager) using horrible language with her coworkers i will never come back to this trash taco bell

I almost never leave negative reviews, but the food was so bad I must warn other patrons in the Cypress Area. Rice was hard and everything else was sloppily put together. Please go to a different Taco Bell if you have the time.

The AI weirded me out, pulled up to window and all i heard was yelling and laughing with no one else in drive thru at 11pm but had me pull to space to wait. No cinnamon twists so they asked if I'd like chips and cheese. Never got em. Go to eat within 10 minutes after picking up, 4 tacos so cold and old, the meat and shells stuck to paper and fell apart. Shells so stale couldn't even cut up or break apart. No tomatoes, barely any cheese or other ingredients. How do you explain to littles they can't eat the food they wanted? No tomatoes at all on Mexican pizza, stale chips and beans on nachos dried out. Afraid to even eat the deluxe burrito left over, I'm sure missing ingredients as I see so many have run into at this location. I'll just keep going to 290 location, never had probs there.

I understand that yall were busy with the lunch rush but do better—this was my initial thought until I just scrolled down and read the other reviews. I see this was right on par for this location. I ordered Doritos locos tacos using the drive thru AI assistance and when I got to the cashier to pay, she let me know they didn’t have any Doritos tacos. I said okay no worries. I’ll take crunchy tacos instead. Girl…whyyyy would yall give me taco shells and meat with no toppings??! And then somebody’s half eaten box of fries? Also, did not get a receipt. Called and no one answered. I’m too frustrated to drive back but I would never go back..ever.

don’t usually write reviews, but this Taco Bell experience was so bad it deserves one. I ordered a Crunchwrap with no cheese because I can’t eat it. Pretty simple, right? When I opened it up, it was loaded with cheese. I called up politely to let them know, and the lady on the phone straight up lied to me saying there wasn’t any. Then she told me she “checked the cameras” and acted like I was making it up.

First of all, how is watching a camera supposed to prove what’s inside the food? Second, the attitude was unbelievable—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the mistake, she argued with me like it was my fault.

Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and apparently lying to customers is their go-to. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Then she proceeded to tell me you know what you can text it to my number. this lady genuinely thought I would lie about a $7 item.

It’s not that hard to simply pay attention and not add cheese to an Item. I don’t understand how you can mess up such a simple task

I will never go back to that Taco Bell they won't take your order, make use kiosh only. I told them I was old and didn't know how to use it and they did not care. Very poor customer service!

Good grief. Whatever staff was working Sunday June 29th at 1pm…. Needs training.

We were told to move up and aside while they completed our order. Clearly they forgot about us because we were there for twenty minutes. I went inside to check on our order and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while every person working made eye contact with me but continued doing what they were doing (taking about people going through the drive through)
I started walking out when finally someone asked what I needed. Finally they asked what the order was and came out with a receipt to confirm.
We pulled out in a hurry because we were starving, definitely should’ve checked our order because half of the food was missing. Thumbs down :(

I went to the drive-thru, I ask for extra meat,cheese, onion and tomatoes on my nacho bell grande. No extra meat,cheese tomatoes. They charge me a dollar for each for the extra meat and cheese. Had no tomatoes at all on the food. Did not get my cinnamon twist I order. I'm leaving this review as a one. Don't know who made the order. Maybe because they probably don't read English or they don't give a damn about their job or customer service. Next time I come back by, my order better be right. Have a wonderful day.
