If i could put no stars i would, the people that work there do not know how to do their job. i don’t understand how a group of people can suck so bad at their job. I don’t know who is the manger in that place but they need to get fired, because honestly how can you be this bad at your job?! it’s literally a FAST FOOD PLACE!! why are people waiting almost 30 mins for one item and not only that it just makes everyone else wait even longer. All of yall should be fired, and replaced with other people, they’re not even worth the minimum wage they get.

I placed my order through the app for pickup at the restaurant. When I arrived at the drive-thru, they gave me the wrong order. I noticed immediately, so I got out of my car to let them know. I returned the incorrect order, and they asked me what I had originally ordered. After telling them, they assured me they would bring me the correct order shortly. However, I waited 15 more minutes, and they never came out to give it to me. In the end, they just stole my money, and the service is terrible. I will never return.

First we tried going inside at 8 but they closed the dine in. Then mind you there was only one car in front of us waited about 25 minutes for our food. When we saw the workers they literally were all on their phones!! When we got the food it was cold and they bearly gave us any meat in the tacos.

I am writing this as im waiting in line. i have had to wait for 40+ minutes for everyone in line to get their food. Anytime i come here im missing shit that i paid for and the workers act like im being insane for being annoyed about it. This taco bell actually sucks and i wish i went to a different one.
Update:finally got my food but there was no acknowledgement for how long i waited or any apology. The workers genuinely acted as if nothing happened even though i waited close to an hour for the food i already paid for online. Never coming here again.

The reason I am giving this store a 4-star is because the manager Irma has been helpful since I had a bad experience the other night. She knows I come to her store often so I appreciate her customer service and professionalism. Thank you for remaking my order and being so kind.

No service, I place my order through the system while inside, couldn’t get anyone to look at me for 12 minutes until I raised my voice. My order wasn’t ready because I didn’t pay yet. I didn’t pay because no one is at the counter after I’m standing there for 12 minutes. Horrible system. The manager said I should have done a better job of flagging her down.

The food is always stale, overcooked, sloppy and often cold. Having worked food service before, these conditions are just unacceptable.
Save your time and experience, go to a different location.

Order is wrong almost everytime. Not worth trying again. During my last visit I ordered cheesy street chalupas and received regular chaulpas I then asked for the right ones I paid for and got regular chalupas again. ?
