So just be aware that no one even greets you when you come inside. They have the self order kiosk machines, which is fine to place your order, but not even the friendly welcome to Taco Bell or anything. I submitted my order, selecting my edits paid and waited patiently they give me more water when it’s ready. I’ll check my back thank God I did, I was missing the sour cream off of my nachos. I politely asked for them to add it to my order, then I was told that it was not included. At this point, I’m completely confused because on the picture it shows that it’s included as well as when you select the item and ask you if you want to add or take away anything. Sour cream was one of the items included. Before I even reply I pulled it up on the kiosk verified all this and then told them yes it does. The young man continue to tell me I was wrong and I told him it’s picture right here and it shows it in the drop-down options that it’s included. He looked at me and said well I’m a new manager and I don’t know the menu yet. As if that was a good excuse. As I wait for the rest of the things that I ordered on a separate ticket, the same manager, whom did not know the menu call my name for my order. I reached to grab it and he just tosses it into the area where you pick up the food and I say thank you and he just turns his head and walks away with his back towards me. Clearly he wasn’t happy with me. This is the new management that you guys put in place to run this establishment probably a bad idea. Now I see why this place has all the bad reviews. To top things off I’m eating my nachos and I discovered a bunch of burnt chips underneath the bottom of all of my ingredients. Classic thanks for nothing.

This specific Taco Bell sucks..all my food looked awful. No meat. Fries had no seasoning. Chalupa bread was freezing with barely any chicken in it. Placing online order ahead means food should be ready when I get there it’s never ever ready I have to always have wait in the line. No customer service. It’s bunch of teenagers working there with no experience what so ever I feel. I wish I could give worse ranking than this.

I was thrilled to see Taco Bell open in our area since it's one of my favorite places. My first experience was great—an afternoon drive-thru order went smoothly. However, my second visit a few days later during the night shift was awful. I waited five minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no response. When I drove up to the window to ask why, I was told my lifted truck didn’t trigger their sensor. That made no sense since my truck worked fine on my first visit. It was obvious the employees were just chatting and not paying attention to their cameras.

My third visit for a dine-in order was even worse. The night-shift employees were just standing around talking instead of working. My food took 20 minutes to prepare even though there were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru. It was clear that the staff, including the manager, lacked responsibility or professionalism. I even noticed a girl with orange hair and the manager flirting and joking while making food instead of focusing on their tasks.

If this continues, I believe this store will be in trouble. I’ve noticed other reviews also point out issues with the night shift. I reported this to Taco Bell headquarters because I want this location to succeed, but it needs serious improvement with its night staff. I hope the owner takes action to address these concerns before it’s too late

I don’t understand why they don’t realize that when I say I don’t want beef sub beans that it means I DONT WANT BEEF! They write it on the screen but don’t actually do it when they make your food. So disappointing as a person who pays money and is a vegetarian to get the completely wrong order. I also got the Mexican pizza and asked for no tomatoes and for them to add sour cream, lettuce and onion (which I paid extra for) opened the box and there were tomatoes and of course NONE of the other ingredients I asked for. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This Taco Bell manager needs to reeducate their workers on importance of not putting beef when vegetarians ask for beans. I don’t get who they hire that doesn’t know how to read a screen when everything is bean burritos and why the heck would you put beef on a Gordita crunch that says beans

Awful experience. Ordered ahead and still waited only to get home and have the incorrect burrito, an over cooked chalupa, and stale chips. I will not return to this location

Honestly quite unsure of why the reviews are so bad. Visited last sunday night and the order taker boy had amazing customer service, food was out quick, and was provided an abundance of sauce. Definitely did not skimp on the ingredients. Will be returning here when I have my taco cravings!

I read the reviews before coming here and hoped the issues mentioned were just a one-time thing. Unfortunately, they weren’t. I ordered through the mobile app, gave my name at 9:06pm, and didn’t leave with my food until 9:31pm—even though there was only one car ahead of me. This is the second time I’ve had this kind of wait at this location. I was really excited to have a Taco Bell nearby, but it looks like I’ll be heading to the Market Place location from now on.

Was in drive thru tonight for 30 minutes for an order we put in advance. Wasn't ready. Went inside to see what was going on. Workers are very nonchalant and weren't in any rush to get food out. Slowest fast food place ever
