We passed this truck a few times and decided to give it a try. I got the beef fajita torta and tripa tacos. The torta was great. The bun was delicious. The tripa was crispy and crunchy the way I asked for it. It was amazing. The corn tortilla broke but it was fine. It came with a side of charro beans that were every flavorful. I got the green sauce and it was delicious. It's the mild sauce but it has some heat which I didn't mind at all.
