I needed catering for a small family event and since I love the restaurant decided to try them. April Orantes was very helpful helping create a menu. Everything was packed and ready when I went to pick up the order and the food was as always excellent.

This place has the best street tacos and Birria tacos! Highly recommend coming here, not only is the food great but the margaritas and service are top-notch! I wish I had pictures of our food but it’s gone… sorry 😜 come by and check it out , you won’t be disappointed. (Great price as well)

Order street tacos from there for me and my significant other. $50 on tacos just for them to be made wrong. All I ask for was meat and cheese because I’m allergic to onions. Get home and it’s onions all over my tacos. I don’t understand why the expensive taco places can’t get something that simple but when I go to a truck it’s always made right. They are closed now and I’m left with nothing to eat so thank you Taco El Patron. I was really excited to try y’all tacos after reading all the good reviews.

Ordered online for the first time. The food was great! I ordered the birria quesadilla. The consomé was so flavorful, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful, my husband wasn’t in a good mood to eat and when he saw me eating it he tried it and ended up eating half. He also mentioned the workers were friendly and welcoming when he went to pick up the food.
The centerpiece of the restaurant is definitely the bar, which focuses on tequila and mezcal drinks. The menu sticks to traditional oitems without too much fluff, which we liked. We ordered a couple of tacos, an off-menu special, and drinks. While the food came out, the drinks never did. One of the plates had beans that were cold, and my dish came with a sauce that was heavily seasoned with cumin and salt. I mentioned to the waitress that I didn’t expect the sauce to be part of the dish and asked if I could get it without since it was heavily seasoned and salty. She told me that the it was not a mistake she made. She added that was my responsibility to check the menu description. I pointed out that the item was a special and not listed on the menu at all. There was no specific description. She explained that if she took the plate back, it would come out of her pocket. She offered to bring me a new order. I would have to pay for it though. Of course, I declined. The waitress wxcused herself for a moment. She returned from the kitchen and said the chef didn’t agree that the sauce was too salty or over-seasoned. Instead of looking for a solution, she continued trying to explain that the mistake wasn’t hers. I then told her to take back the plate. Even at this point, we still had not received our drinks! I went to pay and the waitress charged for everything. I explained that I would only pay for the half eaten tacos and cold beans, but not for the rest. The waitress made an adjustment to the bill. Honestly, I felt bad for her. She seemed like she was doing her best, but clearly worried about getting penalized for the heavily cumined and salty food. I can’t imagine why the owners would pressure the waitress to pay for a customer’s returned meal.

First time visiting and will be coming again! We had the pork belly tacos and birria tacos. The meat on both were cooked to perfection, with a variety of 4 different salsas to add your preferred level of spice. Friendly service and casual atmosphere. Glad we stopped in!
My family’s favorite taco spot. Local feel but big city taste. Best ceviche and barría tacos in the area. Friendly staff
I I have been a frequent customer of this establishment, but haven’t been in a little over a month and decided to stop by to grab something to eat my to go order was sitting at the bar all open where people have been breathing all over it and not only that they acted like they were doing me a favor by serving an order that I paid for. I left a default tip as I usually do I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again and it was a shame because there is one of the waitresses that I do like surprisingly she wasn’t here today. This is absolutely ridiculous. If people have to go orders at least have the courtesy to close the bag.
Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy on a Thursday night, but the servers were friendly. Food is good and loved that they give you four different salsa options. Lots of options for tacos as well. The ceviche tasted fresh Whoohoo
Good food! My only complaint is that when I paid with credit card my receipt showed up as 1 price $52.40 and they charged me another $62.88 when I spoke to the waitress she said it was my banks fault. Then i asked if I could see the receipt that people sign after making a card purchase and she said she didn't have a receipt. So now I have to dispute and send the copy to my bank. Becareful not to use your card! Definitely dont want this to happen to anyone else.Needless to say I won't be going back!
