Literally the worst there were 6 workers inside and yet it took them 10-20mins to make one drink. They were least bothered about how customers are reacting to it they were too busy giggling and gossiping amongst them. Whoever is the owner of this store you can do better with the employees because none of them works they are at the back talking to each other. The store had only 2 customers and yet it took them so much time. Never going back there ever again. Nobody in there respects time let alone a person

Stopped for a quick drink while shopping, and was impressed. The Thai Tea was not oversweet, made perfect. And the Grasshopper is a nice refreshing hit. Staff was friendly, drinks were made quickly. Would definitely come back.

I don’t know why this place isn’t 5stars!!! I go here everyday at work the drinks are always good and the customers service is amazing I feel welcomed everytime!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service we received at Tea Bear on August 14th, 2024, at 7:00 PM. My sister and I visited the store to order some bubble tea, but we were told by a staff member that she couldn’t take any more orders because she was training someone. This was surprising, as there were only five other customers in the store at the time. We decided to pass by again a few minutes later at 7:07 PM and noticed that the store was empty.

While we understand the importance of training new employees, it’s frustrating to be turned away when there are so few customers in the store. We’ve always enjoyed Tea Bear, but this experience left us quite disappointed. We hope that future visits will be more positive.

I used to work as a bobarista and assistant manager and I notice that they would sell expired bags of powder that we would use to stir in with hot water and then added ice in the cups to then give to the customers and when I would tell the owners about it. They didn't do anything about it and told us to keep using it if it still tasted ok..So they're basically selling expired powders to customers and causing ppl to possibly get sick

Tea Bear you all need to do better. Y’all have slowly gone down hill. Was there today (Sunday) with my daughter who ordered the House special boba which is what she always gets. Once her order was ready the young lady just put it on the counter didn’t say if it was ours or what just put it there and went back to what she was doing. The place was hot, most of the menu was unavailable even Ice was a no go. Once my daughter took the drink that was on the counter she instantly knew it wasn’t going to be how she likes we stepped out she took a sip and threw it in the trash. A waste of $$

ive never had a problem with this location until today. i waited 40 minutes for my drink just to be told my specific order couldn’t b fulfilled. I changed my drink just for it to be watered down at that point.

I really enjoyed the tea here. I got a passionfruit green tea with regular boba, and the tea was very crisp and the boba was tasty. The service was prompt and friendly.

Absolutely phenomenal! This boba tea company has redefined my expectations for bubble tea. Every visit is a delight with their extensive menu of creative and classic flavors. The tea is always perfectly brewed, and the boba pearls have the ideal chewiness. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are evident in every sip. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to make recommendations based on your preferences. The cozy, inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Five stars all the way!

Ordered smoothie with 50% sugar but it was very sweet. Wait time was about 15 minutes. One of the staff was rude.

One of the employees spilled boba on themselves and proceeded to make a racist remark, she said “ew I smell like a Mexican” I requested a refund and left.

There was a line of people, and it was very hot inside. They had the door open, which could have been what caused the heat, but it also felt like there was no AC. We ordered and as we waited for 25 minutes for 2 simple drinks, we could see at least 5 employees playing and horsing around. I heard 2 screams come from the back and what seemed to be a manager standing there laughing about it. When they finally got around to preparing drinks, 6 people that were in line behind us got their drinks first. I saw a girl carrying someone’s drink, with an open top and fruit syrup on the bottom, spit while laughing right over the cup. I didn’t want to make a scene, but am hoping for the best that our drinks didn't have any extra ingredients from the employees mouths. We will definitely not be back.

a bunch of undermanaged and unorganized teens trying their best but unable to keep up (probably due to lack of training). each time i get the same drink and each time it tastes different.they take shortcuts to keep up with the rush; ive seen them put a broken cup into another cup before giving it to a customer, then when the customer shook it the inner cup fell out and spilled everywhere; also when they overfilled a cup with smoothie they used the same dirty towel used for cleaning the countertop to wipe off the extra smoothie before sealing in all the bacteria into the drink/cup. even with 7 visible employees i counted 4 drinks made in 25 minutes.this is the only Tea Bear location ive seen with this many issues- the employees are just not trained or organized properly.
