We had a really good time and meal during lunch. It was busy but we were able to get a table quick enough. Food and service was great.

Visited the location for a late lunch - 1ish. The place was standing room only, but I was solo & didn't have to wait long (10-20 mins). Once seated, I observed the area to not be properly cleaned - dirty tables & flooring. I brought it to the manager's attention - He cleaned the table & replaced the table setting. There was a problem with hair on the napkins, on 2 separate occasions. It appeared their focus was getting the people in & seated. For a new restaurant, it appeared to not be ready for the magnitude of customers. I observed other tables having difficulty getting their orders (as requested). I was not impressed; and will give it much thought before driving all the way out there (from Humble).

We went there on December 26th for drinks and desserts. Jonathan, our server, made us feel welcome and took good care of us. We enjoyed their cheesecakes and a bottle of Moscato.

Jerry was absolutely phenomenal. Even in the midst of an insane Friday rush, he was kind and quick. We couldn’t have asked for better service and honestly the next time we’re here, we plan to request him specifically. I didn’t catch the hostess’s name, but even with the Friday night rush, she handled everything professionally and with a smile on her face.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to handling wait time. We were told the wait time would be 15 minutes and instead made to wait for over an hour. Seems to a problem specific to this location. We have visited Cheesecake Factory at The Woodlands many times and never faced such a scenario.

I love The Chresecake Factory, I’ve eaten in several locations from Phoenix, Arizona to Honolulu, Hawaii. Great chain. I was super excited to see one in the Cypress area and my husband and I wanted to have a nice New Year’s Eve dinner.

The food was fantastic, I had the chicken bellagio and I was awesome. My husband had the rib eye steak and he said it tasted great was just a little tough. This is where they lose a star. Our server was friendly enough, but after our food was dropped he disappeared. My husband simply wanted a steak knife and some extra dressing for his salad. I had to listen to him grumble and it made my experience a little less pleasant.

Overall, we’ll definitely visit again, the cheesecake I ordered to go The chocolate mousse was amazing! All i would suggest is giving the staff a little more training on customer service. The job doesn’t end when the food is served.

Five stars. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, just as good as it was right after opening when corporate was still onsite. Quality and service haven’t dropped at all, which is great to see. The space is beautiful, and the outdoor seating with heaters is a big bonus. We’re really happy to have The Cheesecake Factory at the Houston Outlet, Cypress needed this, and they’re doing it right.

Went on a Busy Sunday at 11am. Gracefully we didnt have to wait for a table. Bang bang shrimp had al dente rice which was weird to me but rolled with it. The spaghetti and meatball was just ok. Crazy to me that only option for heat or added spice is Tabasco sauce or chili flakes. No Sriracha... no chili paste... the drinks were maybe the saving grace ,but we were asked like 3 times what drinks we wanted. The thai chicken wraps are the only thing I would come back for....

I want to talk about the worst manager, the worst atmosphere and the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Two of the restaurant staff illegally parked their car behind mine and I waited for two hours for a customer to leave the parking lot so I could get my car out of the parking lot. The most notable thing is that during this time I spoke to the restaurant manager 3 times and asked him for help, but he did not pay any attention to me and during these two hours my son and wife were the sights. He did not even invite us to sit in the restaurant during this time.

This was our first visit to this location. Parking was a huge issue. I’m glad to have a Cheesecake Factory near us, but the Outlet parking is already bad and this is a restaurant known to be busy. The food was good and exactly what we are accustomed to. The service was slow and our server (male) acted very tired or possibly under the influence. The server (female) that brought our food to the table was polite initially and then when I asked about a particular sauce for my lettuce wraps she informed me that it did not come with my particular wraps. Although that is not what the menu said. I didn’t feel the need to argue with her about the menu. However she didn’t need to let me know a second time when she delivered the sauce. I double checked the menu and confirmed that sauce is listed with the wraps I ordered. I appreciate her getting it for me. I could have done without the extra side of condescension.

Not worth the stop. After a long day of walking the Houston Premium Outlets, we were looking forward to a great meal, but this was a total miss. The pasta was cold, and the nachos were cold and cheeseless (they gave us a dipping sauce later, but it didn't help much). Definitely not the quality you'd expect from the Cheesecake Factory. Save your time and drive somewhere else.

Ordered the chicken lettuce wraps with avacado. Order came with no chicken! Lol and they attempted to charge me for the chicken while packing it to go!

How do you choose at Cheesecake factory? There's just do many different things you can order. I chose a custom omelet, a healthy and tasty option. Our server Natalie was nice and patient; we had so much trouble deciding. The food tasted very good. Oh and the bread, freshly baked and crispy!
Only small negatives for me is the relatively long wait before the meal arrives (probably because it's freshly cooked) and the nose level: it's very lively.

I’ve visited the Cheesecake Factory a couple of times, and this is the second time I’ve been to this particular location. The service and food here were significantly better than at other Cheesecake Factory locations. The food was delicious, and I really love their pineapple upside-down cake. It’s perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too sour. Additionally, the service here is exceptional, much better than any other restaurant in the area.

To go order…. Undercooked Louisiana chicken pasta and chicken.

I called to ask for a refund of remake and waited 20 minutes on the phone. I decided to just go to the restaurant instead.

They did remake it and it was cooked right the second time.

My issue is my time wasted, driving back and forth twice and the food being undercooked.
