Visited the location for a late lunch - 1ish. The place was standing room only, but I was solo & didn't have to wait long (10-20 mins). Once seated, I observed the area to not be properly cleaned - dirty tables & flooring. I brought it to the manager's attention - He cleaned the table & replaced the table setting. Jerry was absolutely phenomenal. Even in the midst of an insane Friday rush, he was kind and quick. We couldn’t have asked for better service and honestly the next time we’re here, we plan to request him specifically. I didn’t catch the hostess’s name, but even with the Friday night rush, she handled everything professionally and with a smile on her face.
I love The Chresecake Factory, I’ve eaten in several locations from Phoenix, Arizona to Honolulu, Hawaii. Great chain. I was super excited to see one in the Cypress area and my husband and I wanted to have a nice New Year’s Eve dinner.
