Amazing! Tried shredded chicken, sweet beef and Mediterranean beef…all were delicious! Add to this the dessert was Dulce de leche and was tasty as well! Great quick service, definitely adding to my rotation

Had an awesome experience at Empanada Factory! The food was spot-on—crispy, golden empanadas with fillings that done perfectly. Marlon, one of the staff, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, even offering great recommendations and checking in without being intrusive. The vibe was warm and inviting, which made it easy to just sit back and enjoy. Definitely planning on coming back for more!

Best empanadas I’ve had in Houston. Always flaky and fresh. Went in on a weekend and the gentleman working the register was very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to the other location closer to downtown and both locations are great. Price is reasonable.

I thought it was great! I had the sweet beef. It’s picadillo with raisins. I know the cashier has had some negative comments. To us he was quiet but was pleasant. Perhaps shy. I made him laugh with the Havanna dessert they sell. I said “what, a Cuban dessert??!!” (I’m Cuban). He laughed and said “ooooh i see but no it’s an Argentine classic”. Great spot and I’d come back! They offer baked and fried empanadas. It’s definitely enjoyable and worth the visit!!!

Extremely comforting atmosphere, very friendly and relaxed staff as well. The empanadas were amazing enough that I took four more to go.

I do not recommend this place cashier's guy attitude is terrible, food is tasteless and do not get closer to any Argentinean flavor. I got milanesa sandwich that it was more nerves than meat, not flavor at all same with empanadas I got diffrent one to try and felt disappointed. Worst $50 bucks spent.

Got the mushroom, cheese, nutella, dulce de leche, artichoke, onion and cheese and curry empanadas. They where SUBLIME! Soft, fresh, tasty, warm and toasted perfectly! Will be coming back soon!
