My husband pick me up a meal from here for lunch I got home and ate it was hot looked good it didn’t really have a taste which I was disappointed in the fries were very good after about an hour of eating I started to feel bad like throwing up I had an extremely bad stomach ache and i hadn’t eaten anything else so I know it was this meal I’m very disappointed because this was indeed my first time eating it

waffles with the chicken stirps were delicious !! get he glow is has a little spice to it if you choose to go higher like I did with the habanero it is also delicious ..try the fried corn too

The best in Fairfield. I come here every thursday for the $2 tender offer it’s very juicy and spicy too. And on a regular day i take the taco it’s to die for. And the employee is very friendly.

This place is wonderful. The food is excellent and the staff is so polite and kind. Ww tried this for the first time and they recommended the French toast with the chicken and it was ?. It comes with honey butter. The chicken is so crispy and the seasoning is tasty

Not sure what happened but I was not pleased with my order. A ton of wedges and barely any chicken for $17. If there was any chicken it was the hard end pieces and no meat.

This chicken is so good! very crispy and fresh!

Chicken was actually spicy. Love that it didn’t have the brown sugar sweet taste. Chicken was crispy and juicy. The ranch did taste like blue cheese tho. Fries were delicious. Customer service was great. Wish I lived in the area to catch the lunch special! 5/5

The good:
-Chicken came out HOT and spicy
-No additional charge for dipping sauces
-Clean and well lit restaurant to dine in

The not so good:
-Understand the chicken is supposed to be crunchy, but it was dry.
-Just over 30 minutes wait to get a three tender meal when they weren’t busy
-Fries were stale and got one that had a green tint color inside (have photo)
-Price was a little high for what you get, but that’s personal preference/opinion
-Meals don’t come with a drink (unless you ask for a water cup and are dishonest, like I watched several take advantage of)

Overall: There’s better places that you don’t have to wait so long for fresh chicken tenders, at a better price.

Parking: Plenty of parking right up front, depending on time of day.

I’m only giving one star based off of communication. I stopped by 10/22 @ 11:10am to try it out. Tried opening the door and it was locked but the open sign was turned on. I am able to see someone standing back in the kitchen. I wait about 5 minutes with just the employee seeing me standing outside. I see FedEx arrive to drop off a package then the employee comes out to get package and inform me they have an issue with an alarm and are waiting for someone to come and clear the code. That’s totally normal I just wish the employee would have put a sign on the door to inform customers what’s going on. Guess simple communication isn’t there. Rep informed me that they should be there to restore things in about 20 minutes after waiting 30-40 minutes I just left.

First time here. Food was very good, a bit pricey but kinda expected it for the location. I ordered the chicken & waffles “blaze” style. I eat spicy food all the time so I didn’t find it too hot, but the chicken tenders were very crispy and flavorful. Can’t go wrong with waffles. Friends had the honey butter sandwich & original. Both were great.

Super crispy chicken and best sauce I've ever had at a Nashville Hot place! So tangy! The flavor of the chicken was delicious and their spice level is handleable - I normally get medium wherever I go but next time I'm here I'll get the next spice level up!

The corn ribs also rocked - that's a top tier way to eat some corn.

For sides, mac and cheese had really good cheese flavor! The noodles were a bit soft, but they were closer to the right texture than 90% of bbq and chicken places! I don't normally ever order mac and cheese twice at a place, but I'd consider it here!

The staff was also super helpful and very attentive - They all went above and beyond!
