The Union Kitchen

I want to do a big shout out to a waitress named Taylor and to other waitresses. My wife and I just got married and we went to this restaurant and she attended us and she was sweet, kind, and good-hearted. We had a good time with my family and she congratulated us various times. We got free dessert and free mineral water. I rate this restaurant 100/5. Thank you Taylor☺️

Our family loves The Union Kitchen. We finally ventured out to visit the Cypress location since we deeply miss the Katy location, which was our favorite local spot. We had a great time and will plan to return. The service and food was all wonderful.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The food was average. There were three of us dining. Between us, we ordered a salmon dish, the Chimichurri and the filet. It was good enough to eat, but nothing we would be excited to return for. The robot food server was off putting. It zooms up to your table; we were not quite sure if we should serve ourselves or wait for the server. Our server showed up about 45 seconds after the robot and gave us our plates. We also saw it run into a server and a customer.

Great time. Manager stopped by and kept us well cared for. We were not a fan of robots bringing food out of the kitchen to the tables. We will be back!

This was a favorite go-to for date night, but they recently changed the menu, and we would say not for the better. Took a number of our favorites off the menu, and what we had was not up to the level we are used to. May not try again for a while.

Service was great and also atmosphere was nice, but the food was salty. The steak was salty and so is the soup. But everything else was fine

Our group of 15 had our annual Christmas luncheon at the Towne Lake Union Kitchen. Taylor was our server, and she was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!

Our group of senior women enjoyed our Christmas luncheon with one of the best waitresses/servers I have encountered in all my years of eating out. TAYLOR was always smiling and going above and beyond her job responsibilities.

Our group of 15 ladies had lunch here today, food was awesome, service was first class, our waitress TAYLOR was the very BEST, she was patient even we changed the orders, the beignets were something else YUUMM, we will definitely be back individually as well as a group.forgot to take pictures. Taylor made our visit very memorable

Good food terrible service.. such a shame. Sat forever before a waiter asked if we had been helped. My husband got his food 10 minutes before I got mine so he sat there and stared at it for 10 minutes. Saw our waiter maybe 2 times the whole meal and spent $65.

First time at cypress location the experience was lacking. It is no wonder they had no business on a Saturday night. Serving old food and the waiter kind, but rude as he basically called me surly.. yeah Iam surly u brought out this old food. I guess he expected me to eat it and not complain.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience! The manager was incredibly sweet and even came out personally to wish my friend Dina a happy birthday—by name! She was absolutely ecstatic and felt so special. That extra personal touch truly meant a lot to us. Thank you for such wonderful customer service and for making her birthday even more memorable!!
