Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

I ordered delivery today, and it ended up being late. I was not in any rush to get the cookies. But one of the employees called me to apologize and then gave me a dozen free cookies. I have never had someone call to apologize and explain why their product is late. Very appreciative, highly recommend!!

Very customer focused and clean environment. I placed an order online and went to the store for pick up but my order wasn’t ready. The store associate immediately apologized and offered me a second dozen box for the inconvenience. Extremely considerate and I appreciate it. Service was top tier and my cookies were fresh.
