Was about to place an online order for pick-up but when I saw they wanted to charge me a service charge & automatic 20 something percent tip, NO THANKS! I'm tired of places like this wanting me to tip when they're not providing me any service. If this made sense then picking up fast food through the drive-thru should be tipped too correct??? But guess what? They don't! They're doing exactly what you do. Prepare the food, put it in packaging, and then hand it to me where I'll go eat it somewhere else. Won't ever even try your food. BYE.

Torchy’s is a go to for fast table service for our family. This location in particular is nice as it’s on the water. The parking is an absolute nightmare even on a weekday! Be prepared to do a few laps!

The to-go orders I’ve made have never been ready at the designated pick-up time at this location. Not once.
The cashier was just really unwelcoming and rude. It was like we were a total burden for asking for a kids menu. Her attitude just really made the whole dining experience not enjoyable. Tacos were fine.
