Pickup order scheduled for 3:00 PM. Didn’t receive it until 3:22 PM. When I spoke with the manager, I was told this delay is “normal.” If pickup times aren’t respected, there’s no point in ordering ahead. Poor service and disappointing response.

I sat at the bar the other day and had Diana as a server. She was extremely dismissive. She didn’t even address us instead she just starred at each person until they told her what they wanted to order. She didn’t respond to a single “Thank you”. She obviously had an attitude and took it out on us. It wasn’t until I got her name she decided to start interacting like a normal human being.

This Torchy’s ROCKS! First and foremost, the people who work here are kind and friendly! I feel very welcome every time I come by. The food is always fresh and hot which I appreciate. I also love that if there is a mistake with my order, they fix it and then some. It’s so refreshing to dine at a restaurant that I know I can depend on. A lot of times I will come by for a taco on my rough days because the employees are kind and I know that if there’s a mistake with my order they will fix it and they’re empathetic when I’m crying over a silly tortilla because of a bad day. If you saw me ugly cry at this location and you’re reading this, I am so sorry! The kindness from the people who work at this Torchy’s impacts my life positively and I hope they receive all the positivity in return!

Recently ordered through Uber Eats. The eggs were folded eggs, not real scrambled eggs, barley any chorizo. It wasn't pinto beans (as advertised) it was refried beans. Disappointing breakfast burrito overall. The food took a long time to be delivered and was cold by the time it got here.

One of my favorite places. Love the orange republican & the trailer park trash.
Kiosk hell. Used to love this place, now they force you to use kiosks for orders, the line gets very backed up. Also the people are nowhere to be found - when we needed an employee to order alcohol we couldn't find anyone, our order timed out and had to start over. Then we had to stand around for a fountain drink and the young girl behind the counter looked at us like we were crazy asking for a cup we paid for. Hate this place now. Please get rid of the kiosks.

Always my go to for a quick dinner. Torchys has so many good selections to choose from. Would definitely recommend the trailer park. Towne lake is my favorite location. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is clean and food is on point. The view from the outdoor patio is super nice as well.
