I got a to go taco today and I asked for poblano ranch. One lady with a low bun forgot I asked so I went up to an another lady with light brown long braids and I asked for ranch and she practically yelled at me saying can you hold a moment ? Then she walked out and said which one do you want ?? Poblano this one or that one and started listing them. So I said it’s okay forget it. Like why am I a customer being yelled at for a simple ranch. Management can reach out to me please.

I came into the Houston torchy‘s taco. I was greeted by Eliza. Eliza was very friendly, very helpful, and made my take out experience worth while. I am visiting from Dallas and will come back

The food was just okay. For some reason, the Torchys on Greenhouse tastes better. They were busy and understaffed. Very unprepared for a Friday night. The front counter guy was overwhelmed. The bartender who was “helping” at the front counter was rude. This visit was on 8/22 around 8:35 PM. Also, y'all need to establish a more efficient system for handling DoorDash orders. Oh and the restrooms were really dirty. This Towne Lake location needs new management.

The food is OK, nothing to write home about. The service was average, not memorable. Atmosphere is nice, with a view of the lake out of the back wall of windows. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. I'd go back for social reasons if friends picked the place, but I wouldn't choose Torchy's for myself. There are superior restaurant options in Towne Lake.
