This review is about service. Today at 4:02pm my husband and I walked in with hopes of purchasing a smoothie. We saw a young, short blonde women ( teenager) walking behind the counter. She offered no greeting or acknowledgement to us. She didn't even look up until we decided to leave. I will not spend my money where I'm not acknowledged. We got a delicious and refreshing smoothie up the street at Smoothie King.

This place has gone down hill. I don't know of its the location or what but the wraps aren't as good as they used to be, and the banana they just gave me...the audacity.
I come here often and usually get nervous when I see newbies because I am very specific with my smoothie. I believe her name was Bethany (straight blonde hair) she had great customer service and made My smoothie perfectly!!! Special shout out to her and keep up the good work !!
