Only one person working(manager). Ordered food and after she had us move up from drive through, she served 5 other Cars. I went in after 20 minutes and she had not even started making food. Understand being short staffed, but let the customer know so they can make a choice, rather than trying to capture all the profit..not good customer service and will not be back to this location.

Horrendous experience, I placed an order through the app and arrived exactly at the guaranteed pickup time, when I arrived I was told it would be another 15 minutes, I ended up having to wait 20 minutes after my pickup time and when I got my food and smoothie, they were low quality and sub par.

They also didn't have the chips I ordered in stock so I was forced to take a flavor that I did not want. This also wasn't the first time this happened, will not be returning to this location anymore.

Expensive, and the smoothies are loaded with sugar. You can find cheaper and more healthier options nearby down fry road at that salad place. Taste is alright, but not worth the price or portions.

Good bowls & smoothies & flatbreads. HOWEVER, they take forever to get your food ready, it seems portions on acai bowls have gone down, while price remains the same. An older
lady never knows how to redeem rewards from the app (for free smoothies, etc) and makes you pay full price. For example, i had a free smoothie reward, and she didn’t redeem it, so i had to pay.

Honestly, I come here about 2 to 3 times a week and service. Here is amazing. Sam is great. Everybody does a great job very clean. I mean I recommended anybody. I’m not sure why they’re giving a one star.

Unsure what this locations specific issue is. Horrible customer service, the 3 times I've went tried to give grace my food was messed up, hope the manager reads reviews and tries to improve something but one on Clay is definitely my go to.
