The quality of this food delivery service is leaps and bounds over others in the city, and I’ve used different ones for over 15 years. I do wish there were a little more variety in their offerings each week, but the food itself is so tasty while still being healthy that I can live with it.

It arrives freshly prepared twice weekly, not frozen, ready to go in the microwave or oven. I’m not going to be using any other service.

I've used MANY meal services over the last 10 years, and this is by far my favorite for several reasons. First, the meals always taste amazing. I am not interested in bland or boring meals. I like the variety of flavors and quality ingredients that are used. Second, I cannot eat gluten/wheat, eggs, almonds, walnuts or pecans, and it's REALLY hard to find meals that I can eat. I can always find something to eat from Vital Kitchen, and they are always willing to leave out an ingredient for me like almonds when necessary. Third, I LOVE that I can easily see all ingredients in the meals I'm choosing. This is super helpful for someone with food allergies and sensitivities. Lastly, the website is super easy to navigate.

I just placed my 2nd order. First order was delivered Sunday at 4 pm. Just me and hubby so I ordered 8 meals. Delicious and finally found a local meal delivery with high quality ingredients, no preservatives and low sodium. Highly recommend Vital Kitchen. Glad to support this local organization. Absolutely love VK. The food is delicious and healthy. As someone who suffers from an AI disease I have limitations, therefore eating healthy is paramount. Every rating for Vital Kitchen has been 5 stars except for one woman who rated it only as one star. - I can't help but shake my head in disbelief at that rating because Vital Kitchen's food is always prepared by people who take much pride in what they love to do which is to provide a delicious healthy food alternative for their clientele.So, don't pay any attention to that one star rating... As I strongly recommend Vital Kitchen.

I’ve been ordering from VK for years now, and I have yet to be disappointed or “burned out” on their meals. They put so much effort into quality, taste, and variety! Seriously, *CHEFS KISS*I don’t happen to live near their pickup locations, but I do drive the 40 minutes to make sure I get them because it’s THAT good and makes a busy mamas life just that much easier. I’ll just add, they save me every Thanksgiving with their dinner package. My food restrictions can’t stop me enjoying food when I have Vital Kitchen around.

The best option for local meal prep services; I have tried several so I know from experience! The customer service is top notch. The meals are fantastic! If you miss the order for delivery deadline there are several conveniently located grab and go options just get there early because they sell out quickly. When you can, supporting local small businesses is always the better option.
