I went there two time. First time was ok. They took too long making the drinks even though there was only 2 customers but they appeared to be training staff which is understandable. I went again to order drinks they took over 20 mins. They drinks were awful. Poor Customer service lady manager said they girl was on training but at this point I had it to leave and I told her I can't continue waiting Can you please give me a refund she said not because drinks are made (only 2 out of 4) after 20 mins. My drink a mango passion fruit tea cold was terrible lots of ice too sweet and watery at the same time. I said I'll give you the drinks so I can't get my refund. She refused 2 times only repairing herself. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful she said "well you have to give me everything for me to give you a refund" which I did. She had a whole bad attitude for not reason. she said I yelled at her which was totally false sheS and said I had my staff to back me up. Is it true that in this business you are not giving refunds if drinks are made even if the customer is telling you they are not good and they are willing to give them back?

Best drinks ever. The customer service is always excellent. The kids love to go there and order their favorite drinks. My favorite is the Frozen Raspberry Lemonade. Thank

Quiet little spot that's perfect for reading or studying. The drinks are good and they have cute little photo op opportunities.

The place is Always clean and looks like they have a newer menu to choose from that can make it user friendly when ordering . The girl that helped us was so very friendly and sweet . Here was our order : We got Green Tea × 3 ($15.00)Mango passionfruit boba ($2.25)Black Tea × 1 ($5.00) Passion Fruit・ passionfruit boba ($0.75) Definitely recommend

A cute cafe that also sells their own coffee beans. My friends and I came in to try the boba flight. The flight is a good idea, but it was not executed very well, and it felt like the drink sizes were really small. The two fruit drinks we got were the kiwi lime mojito and the peach mango tea--both had so much syrup they almost tasted medicinal. The taro milk tea tasted watery in comparison to the fruit teas and tasted like fruity pebbles rather than taro. The s'mores latte was the best in my opinion, but the boba was a little hard. We didn't try any of their full-sized drinks so I'm unsure if the flight is representative of their drinks. The service, however, was very good and the cashiers were super helpful.

I love how this place has a drive through for when you're in a rush. Service was fast. I got a Medium tropical smoothie with lychee popping. They did not have the pomegranate popping even though it's on thier menu. I only tasted mango in the smoothie with just a slight hint of peach even though it was supposed to have mango, peach & coconut. Also the medium size was smaller than what I had expected as compared to other boba places. I prefer lychee jelly over the popping but they only carry the popping type which is a bit annoying as you have to bite into it for it to pop. They don't carry the jelly which was a bit surprising. The almond croissant wasn't as soft as others I have had. Prices are expensive.

This was my first time visiting this place & I had such high hopes on trying the coffee flights!! Unfortunately, as we were about to order they told us that there was no barista that could make the flights & said that the 3 employees that were there were all new hires. New hires w/o experienced help?! Oh no :( I got the s'mores latte I was hoping to at least get the whipped cream along w/ the marshmallow, but I didn't. So disappointed w/ my first experience on this place. Not sure if I would give it another chance.

Drinks were cute but not made the same. For whatever reason they didn't put whipcream on my drink but they put it on my wife's same drink . I also asked for boba they didn't add and I had to go get it and add it myself. I also drank 2 flights with CBD and felt nothing at all so save your money there better off getting CBD from a smoke shop where you feel the effects . All in all it was worth the visit if you live close just disappointed as I drove 30 mins for the experience. I will say staff was polite place was cute nice vibes inside I'd try them again.Flights with CBD $25 without $15

I feel like 3 stars is a bit generous. If there was a 2.5 stars I'd probably rate it around there. Wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. The service here was very friendly I didn't have to wait too long at the window to be served so that's a plus. I came by here on the suggestion of a coworker. I've been craving a mango smoothie all weekend and today I finally caved in and decided to give my local boba shop a shot. What I received was the wateriest mango smoothie I've ever had. It was already separating as soon as I got it. I sipped on the most sweet artificial flavored smoothie I ever had. I work not even 3 minutes away and I was extremely disappointed. Most of the boba shops in the area (FM-529 & Barker Cypress) use fresh mangoes in there smoothies. It's a relatively simple recipe. Mango, ice, and sucrose (sugar water). By the taste and consistency this wasn't a fresh mango smoothie. It tasted like a mango syrup base which was rather disappointing considering my craving. I understand that it's easier for some businesses to use fruit syrup in place or fresh fruit, but it was seriously a bummer. If I wanted a smoothie that was made with syrup I would have went to McDonald's it's cheaper and would have tasted the same. I gave 3 stars for the service and I had a sip of my coworkers coffee boba the other day and it was pretty good. I'm probably going to come try their milk teas and see if maybe they are better. Overall come here for convenience. It's close and they have fast friendly service. I hear good things about their coffee, but avoid their smoothies. Don't let yourself down like I did.

I've been looking at reviews for this place and they've been fairly decent, so I decided to try it out for myself. Sadly I would give this place a 4/10 due to how expensive each item is. Now I will admit it is convenient for it to be around the corner. But the drinks weren't all the hype nor the boba. So I would not recommend this place.

Cute tea house, has nice decoration and is clean. Each table is noted that it has been sanitized and during the pandemic is good to know that the owners and establishment cares about their customer's safety. It's the little things that matters! They offer a wide array of coffees and teas. I chose the Vietnamese coffee and my daughter chose the regular milk tea. Unfortunately the day we came they had just ran out of boba so we didn't get to try that. But the drinks were still good as is. They also offer pastries, sandwiches and it looks like they even offer a coffee flight! Looks like you can choose up to 4 different coffee flavors. Definitely have not seen that before so that looks interesting. One thing to mention, they do have a drive through option, so that's nice. And they offer Uber eats, door dash, grub hub and favor...so check them out!

Coffee was on the weak side and didn't taste like premium quantity. On the up side... they have CBD to add to any of their coffee or tea drinks. Also fun to sample different blends with their coffee and tea flights.

Wasn't overwhelmed. Coffee didn't taste very refined and strong I like the flight idea. Inside is nice but could be more cozy. Board games were a nice touch
