Waffle House always has the most pleasant employees that I have ever met. Just left one at Muensche Rd in Cypress and their service was through the roof! Very outgoing, very pleasant, very helpful! Highly recommend stopping in and seeing these guys if you're in the area!

this was our first time at this location ... husband's waffle was thick and cooked to perfection. My waffle was thin and half cooked. Not sure why it wasn't consistent ...
Service wasn't that great ... Had to ask several times for stuff, which should have been brought out after the first request.
Don't recommend this location, although the location is nice and super clean inside.
Just prefer the waffle to be cooked ...

This is one of our favorite Waffle Houses to visit. I have never finished my food when visiting, however this time, my food didn't stand a chance.
The young chef on the grill was awesome and our order was good.
I think this one guy was the manager, who kept us entertained. He has the best personality!
Our waitress was also great. There was a portion of our order where my husband's hash browns weren't all the way. It was no big deal for us as he had eaten them anyway, but she ensured we were not charged for it. She was super busy, but made time for us.
Great experience, with great food. 🥰

I had a bowl of hash browns with eggs and bacon on top and a side of grits but half way through the meal the bacon wasn't hitting me right to salty or something now im on the toilet every 30 minutes with sharp pains all day please watch the bacon or something has bacteria in the places the put the cooking scrapers someone needs to check for bacterial exposure I love this place in from out of town 7/24/25

ME & MY GIRL ARRIVED 06/17/2025 SATURDAY MORNING THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE ALSO OUR FOOD THE BACON WAS BURNT MY WAFFLES WERE RAW WASN'T CRISPY OR BROWN AND I HAD GET UP TO ASK FOR MY SYRUP FOR MY WAFFLES JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE THE STAFF LOOK SO SLEEPY AND TIRED. NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. I STILL GAVE A TIP

Someone greeted us when we walked & & asked if we were eating in . She cleaned a table off that another family had just got up from & swept the floor too. We were fitted & our waiter was waiting on another table & then came & got our drinks order. We ordered food & in comparison to how busy it was it did not take that long to get our food. I did ask for extra crispy bacon & my bacon was not crispy. Othwr than that, a pretty good experience
