We rarely go out to eat anymore, but we were out late running errands and wanted a bite to eat so we stopped at the Waffle House in Cypress.
The service was amazing!!! Moses and Joe are awesome! The food was really delicious and the price was great! It had been some time since I've eaten at a Waffle House, but the menu is still very basic, simple, classic, but good eats. The wait time was no less than you'd expect at a typical diner that prepares your food fresh. The ambiance was nice. It was quiet, but in the good way.
If you're out late and needing a quick bite, definitely give them a chance. I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. You really do not find friendly faces like this anymore. It was so Everyone working tonight deserves a raise and recognition.
Great food but if u order togo they charge you an extra 5bucks..wth..smdh..ridiculous

It's Waffle House so don't expect hospital cleanliness or library quietness. But what you CAN expect is a very friendly Very busy team calling out orders, performing some kind of "grill ballet" and generally having a good time with the customers and each other. Oh and the food was hot,fresh, and good. And a great value!

We were greeted immediately by 3 men and 1 woman, all smiling and genuinely welcoming us in! The woman our server was very nice!
My fiancé and I were craving Waffle House, we live in College Station (this is the closest location 1hr+ drive) Thank you all for making our drive even more worth it! We frequently visited other locations in South Houston when we lived there, but never received good service ever so we didn’t even expect to get greeted! To our surprise we walked into friendly faces, our server treated us well, and gave us a good genuine welcoming feeling. We came in today Sunday, 10/20/24 between 5:00-5:30pm

First of, sorry for the late review. I want to take the time and acknowledge our server on this past Sunday night (10/13/24), young man named Holden. He was our server, it was my daughter's evening dinner for her 18th birthday. Mr. Holden was a great waiter, awesome attitude and responsive on a timely manner. He always took the time to make sure everything was great for us. Please let him know my family and I enjoyed his service and are very thankful. We love waffle house and will be definitely be returning customers. Thank you Mr Holden!
