I’ve been several times before and have always had friendly servers. This time I went on my birthday and had mentioned it to Kay and she went and put a birthday song on the jukebox for me. All around great experience.

1st time at this location.

Wasn't great ... requested bacon to be crispy / well done .. came out hardly cooked ... had to return ... waffle was okay .. mine was cooked properly .. my husband's was half cooked .. had to return that ...

server wasn't real attentive.. had to keep on asking for refills on coffee ...

there are better Waffle Houses around.

Very clean restaurant, which is a plus, but we prefer eating together, and this didn't happen today.

Crazy atmosphere but food be buzzing. Highly don’t recommend taking little kids at night here. But for the adults who are hungry then yes. They don’t have a church vibe sort of say. You know how Reddit describes Waffle House well this is a prime example of that. But food is awesome.

My waffle had two long white hairs from my waitress I was disappointed and didn't want to finish my food the two cooks did a great job but y'all need to work in the servers no gloves no hair nets that's just nasty and no discount or anything she just took it and said let me bring another how if Iost my appetite

My recent visit to this Waffle House was terrible. As my family and I were walking toward an open table (a two-chair one in the back where we planned to use a high chair for my baby), a lady named Samayah rudely yelled, “There’s people before y’all!” I understand there were other customers, but the table still needed to be cleaned — and there was no reason to yell at us like that.

What made this worse was that shortly after, a white couple walked in, went straight to that exact same table, and no one said a word to them. They got to sit down immediately while we were still standing there carrying our baby. It was hard not to feel that this was completely unfair and racially motivated.

On top of this, the manager was loudly yelling at the cook in front of all the customers, creating a very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment.

The only positive part of our experience was the cook, who handled the situation with kindness and professionalism despite the chaos.

If you plan to go here, good luck — you might need it.

Thankfully I walked out.

We went for brunch. We were quickly serviced and seated. The only downfall was all the food was not brought at the same time. Other than that, it was a nice experience

Food was amazing! Had the strawberry shortcake waffles. So soft, so fluffy. Kay, Lupe, Samya, Shy and Andy where great. Good energy, attentive, and super friendly staff.

Solid food but the workers there are what make the place what it is. Lily, Kisha, and Alex were welcoming and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.
