Rudest and worst service I have ever experienced. If there was a negative score rating system my experience would be rated in the negative and not with one star. On 12/16/2025 I stopped in to have a hamburger for lunch. Ordered and paid for a Dave meal with no cheese, no pickles & no mustard - substitute with mayonnaise. The hamburger had cheese so I took it back and asked for another hamburger. The 2nd hamburger had mustard but was supposed to have mayonnaise. I surmised that the woman making the hamburger did not understand the instructions which was the cause of messing up the order so I suggested she learn English and that's when the trouble started. I was verbally insulted, told to leave, and never come back. A 3rd hamburger was made but I had enough, left without eating it and went somewhere else for lunch. The manager on duty made no effort to calm down the situation, offer an apology, etc. When she did speak the food preparer actually did speak very poor English so I assumed correctly. The rudest person of all was the worker at the cash teller taking the order. She has no customer service skills and should be in the back somewhere and not in the front representing the company. If someone is a racial or religious minority, etc. the the treatment I received raises legal questions....

Food and service is always dependable and without issues. Wendy's is my go to for fast food because of the healthier choices not offered at other fast food joints such as grilled chicken, salads, baked potatoes. Their salads are always served fresh and never wilted. I appreciate that since a lot of dine in reataurants will serve wilted/brown lettuce.

Never again I ordered a kids meal and the fries were cold , the nuggets were so tiny , the employees are very rude don’t even say anything when you say thank you , I don’t even know why I gave this place another chance , chick fil a is always my favorite fast food place.

Quick drive through and custom made sandwiches were perfect. Meat was cooked well and bread was soft. Sandwich stayed together !

The workers may as well not exist. No greeting, no attempt at good customer service. Our food order was incorrect. The cook had to come off the line to assist us, as the two at the drive thru window would not acknowledge we were there. The cook called to the worker that was just standing there. She ignored us. The man working with her handed over food without speaking or eye contact. When I said have a good day, he just glared. The food was good and seemed fresh, but the service was as sour as you get these days.

Ordered #2 plain and dry with cheese. Dude even repeated it back to me, and also ordered a medium fry. Burger might as well have taken a bath in sauce, fries had zero salt. But I got my food in about 45 seconds flat. So 4 stars for that I guess. But please take 30 more seconds and give us what we asked for.
