Got the new thin mint girl scout cookie frosty and super disappointed. There was barely any thin mint sauce, like just lining the cup in a few swirls. Should make more like a parfait so there are layers. I love thin mints so I was very disappointed. May try another Wendys to compare.

I ordered 10 spicy nuggets and 10 regular. The spicy nuggets sat on a heater and were like rubber. I asked for a number one cheeseburger with no tomato and I went on a drive back home about 38 miles away and there was no hamburger in the bag, I called the store and they said that I had to come back in order to fix it. Total BS would never go back again to that location.

:[ I got stiffed on some chicken nuggies from one of my 10 pieces. The other time I'd gone, I'd gotten 2 biggie bags and was missing a small fry! Idk what's going on but I usually have no problems with this place, but there's gotta be some quality control man. D: (edit: just found a spicy nugget in my regular count, it was dry and has left me spicedly disappointed 😞)

The restaurant is nasty. Dirty tables and floors. It was dead when I came in. They could have someone cleaning over something but no they were just talking the whole time. I didn’t get my soda because the machine looked disgusting. I regretted buying food here just by the aesthetics of this place was not pleasing.
The place had a horrible smell in the dining room. It smelled like old oil and a moldly mop. They got my order wrong.

Person I guess is the manager. Walking around wearing a less friends sweater , on his phone the entire time I’m there. Is on the food line with gloves on holding his phone talking to someone. Unsanitary and disrespectful , if you’re working you can’t be standing around on your phone. It’s work. Also two ladies walked in and no one greeted them and everyone was hanging in the back freezer area. They just left. They shrugged. Everyone should be fired
