Nastiest Wendy’s in the US I swear. I’m not even sure how to describe the burger or nuggets tbh. 18 minutes to get a little sack of food is ridiculous.

I'm trying to get untouched with the manager . This is the second time I'm noticing after I go here i have fraudulent charges on my debit card . Now totaling over $500. I will be pressing charges . It felony theft now.

There have been multiple times when I have had to wait extended periods just to get my order taken and the food takes a long time. Along with that they have missed my items and given me the wrong food.

This place is a joke. I worked a 12 hour shift and got off at 10:30, I was too tired to make anything when I got home and decided wendys sounded good. There were only 3 people in line but somehow waited in line for what felt like forever, the cashier was rude and short with me, and they gave me a spicy chicken patty. I cannot handle spice and had to throw away the sandwhich, I called multiple times and the call was declined every time even though they close at 1 AM and it was 11 PM. Will never go there again and will for sure call in the morning for a full refund. All I wanted after a long day was to come home and have a quick meal so I could go to bed and of course they had to mess up on my order.

I had a very disturbing experience at Wendy’s in Cypress, TX. I ordered a coffee, and when I took a sip, it immediately tasted like bleach. Upon inspecting the cup, I noticed white powdery spots on the lid that smelled strongly of bleach.
I contacted my doctor, who advised me to go directly to the ER. After several hours of monitoring and being checked out by medical professionals, I was told I was okay, but I was deeply concerned about the potential chemical exposure.
I immediately reached out to Wendy’s corporate customer service to report the incident, but it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t received any response. Given the severity of the situation, I expected a timely follow-up to ensure no one else experiences this. I have also reported the incident to the local health department for further investigation.
This lack of communication and urgency is deeply troubling, and I’m left questioning the safety protocols at this location. I hope Wendy’s takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly.

I JUST LEFT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THE EMPLOYEE IS USING HIS BARE HANDS TO FILL THE CARTONS WITH CHICKEN NUGGETS. THEN TRIED TO GIVE ME MY 10 piece after literally using his Bare hands with dirty finger nails!!!! This employee was working the drive thru!!!! HOW NASTY IS THAT!!!? Then he proceeds to go back and forth with me!!!! OMG THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!

Just left the drive thru and my entire order was incorrect. I asked for no bacon on a burger and got extra bacon with no cheese. Asked for bbq nuggets and received spicy. The person taking my order tonight was so rude and disrespectful and after everything I asked for he responded with (that’s it?) I ordered two drinks and didn’t even receive straws. The fries are cold and tastes old.

Was going to dine-in , but after I stepped foot in there I turn right back around. A/C is broken inside and they had the doors open to ventilate. This is where i was concerned because if I'm sweating stepping inside ,I know for a fact the staff is too. With all the heat and humidity and with the doors being open I know Flying critters are going to get inside the building. Luckily i didn't get any mosquitos or Jun bugs on my meal but if the doors stay open and the A/C off wont be long until someone does.
