Chicken salad was terrible. Hate blue cheese, it was all over the salad. Asked for honey mustard but didn't get it. Don't like apples in my salad. That did not have the Avocado salad.

Worst Wendy’s by far in Houston…on top of the service that you could tell they did not want to be there, they made my simple #1 order completely backwards like it was on purpose….better off saving your money and spending it at any other fast food place if your hungry and on the move

I hate to complain about the food, but these burgers were the worst ever from Wendy's. The drive though was horrible, we couldn't understand the person, they couldn't understand us, it was just not a good experience at all....

1st problem was they forgot the nuggets in the kids meals. Then we asked for no bun on the double burger and they gave us a bun. Then the way they talk to you is not even human. Like they don't have time for you to even be there. Would not recommend this Wendy's.

Buttered Toast
Ive never had bad burgers or fries from Wendy's. This place just cant get the ice cream right. 3 times ive stopped here at least and its never been right. The servers here either run out of things and dont mention it, or just dont care or both. Today they left out the sauce and the last two times i think they swapped chocolate for vanilla. I tend to stay way from low 3 star rated places but now i just have to accept that i cant order anything but the base frosty from this place. Again, burgers and fries are good if but a little messy.

Everything was HORRIBLE!! I ordered two meals and the employee in the drive thru was NOT talking loud enough. Sounding so bored and rude. Get to the window they are wearing a mask, super dark sun glasses. Again they were NOT talking loud enough on the speaker or at the window. Very rude shoving my food right into my face. I was waiting for my second bag. Just sitting waiting when the same rude employee just standing there. Didn’t say anything about both meals in the the same bag. Had the damn audacity to tell me with a damn attitude all the food in the same bag. I told them no customer service what so ever. Wendy’s really needs to retrain their employees and really make sure they are good people before hiring. Because this is RIDICULOUS!!
Got home and realized they FORGOT MY FRIES AND RANCH!!

There were 38 of us on a senior bus tour..we went to Wendy's for a Frosty treat...It was Halloween and everyone working was dressed in costume..it was nice!
I tried to oder at the menu speaker. Could not hear. Drove up, there was a person at the windows with a mask on speaking so soft I still could not hear. I guess it was the manager that took my order as the 1st person moved over. I ordered their shake, it tasted like the ice cream was spoiled. My burger was cold and disgusting. I will NEVER return to this location.

Rude and ridiculous. You don't charge for ketchup, mustard, or mayo. But when I ask for 1 honey mustard instead of the mayo for a chicken sandwich it's an upcharge? What the heck is wrong with this world 🤣 Makes no sense.
