If you pay in cash be sure to count your change. It has happened not 1x not 2x but 3x I was intentionally given the wrong amount back. The lady that work the window thinks she's slick. The first couple of times I chalked it up as a mistake, but it became obvious that she was trying to be sneaky. I'm willing to bet $100 the next time I pay in cash she will try it again. At this point I have meta glasses, and I will be recording just to post it online. Not to mention the quality of the food and prep is not all that. I just moved here 2 years ago from PHX and never have I experienced bad preparation in low quality food repetitively from any wendy's. Truth be told they need to close down. Just like that chicken restaurant that was next door.

If you want your apple pecan chicken salad without chicken, this is definitely the place to go. Happened twice now.

Burger was good but the fries tasted old. Chicken nugget were awesome. The lettuce on the burger was fresh. Customer service was very good. It was night time they need to turn the lights on to let people know they are open.

The service was decent and fast, but the burger was bland - not the typical experience you get at a Wendy’s. I had the Dave’s Double which is usually a juicy tasty experience, but the patty was dry and the bread seemed a tad stale. I couldn’t taste any of the sauce either.
Girl working the to go window tonight was so rude! It's like she hates her job so much that she can't stand to even take your order. And then didn't even repeat the order and of course the order was wrong.. didn't give us our receipt either.

Wendy’s WILL NOT help you after 10:00pm even if their hours say open till 1:00am. My husband and I went to this Wendy’s after a long and hard day of work without eating anything all day. We were craving Wendy’s chicken nuggets and on 09/19/2025 at 10:40pm the 2 Wendy women employees would not answer the drive thru intercom. We were waiting for 5 minutes and decided to go to Whataburger instead. When we drove by one woman was sitting down in the payment window on her phone ignoring us! The second woman was in the pickup window with her headset on! She was pretending to clean the drive thru window and also completely ignored us sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes. We made ourselves noticeable in the drive thru with speaking and pulling up further, neither worked as these 2 women did not want to serve us. After this experience we will NEVER be going to Wendy’s again. I suggest you avoid this Wendy’s location at all costs!!

Can’t make a simple order correct?

I haven’t visited Wendy’s in a couple of years, but I recently stopped by the drive-thru and placed an order for number 6 with cheese and a 10-piece spicy chicken nuggets with two honey mustard sauces. Unfortunately, the chicken was not ready, and I was instructed to park in front, which defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru.
When I finally received my order, I noticed that I was given two packets of BBQ sauce instead of the honey mustard. To my disappointment, when I got home, I discovered that my sandwich had no cheese and the nuggets were regular instead of spicy.
