Lady told me to wait a minute and waited more than 5 minutes and decided to leave, seemed like they were short on food because they were saying they didn’t have chicken patties.
Employees were more focused on drive thru orders. Wouldn’t come back to this one

The manager (Ruth) and her team delivered EXCELLENT customer service after I had to return with a problem with my order. They corrected the issue with no questioning or debate! They’re usually on point with orders, so I didn’t expect anything less upon my return.

Two times in one week I was upcharged for my combo without consent. Once my burger was upsized to a triple, and once my combo was upgraded to a large. No total price was given till after I paid, then I had to ask for a receipt. When I realized I had been upcharged, no compensation was made, they just kept the extra money and sent me on my way, once without the drink. Terrible service.

When I order a ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich, I expect the ghost pepper Asiago cheese. This is the second time they gave me nasty American cheese on my sandwich. Do better!

Unfriendly every time I’ve been. Went this morning for breakfast and no one was there. I had to pull up and then the food that brought to me was either burnt or just sad. No potato’s even in the breakfast potato wedges 👀 more like French potato skins.

Very bad, a hair came out in the drink I ordered and luckily it was a sprite. And I didn't eat well, to be honest, I don't know what happened to many of them on other occasions. I've gone and nothing had happened until this time and I couldn't go back to give up the drink because I was at lunch time and I didn't have much time left. They have to observe more in food care

I had a grilled chicken wrap, and it was actually really great. It was big, had lots of chicken, lettuce, and cheese with ranch, with a pomegranate Blueberry lemonade. Awesome. Perfect for lunch.
