Terrible customer service I been here few times it’s the same each time .. super slow nobody greets the customer.. what’s the point of ordering online for pick up and your food isn’t ready … everyone walks around stares and don’t ask anything .. terrible place I don’t recommend this Wendy’s at all .. they more concerned with drive thru… walked past me 3 times manager and didn’t say one word … sitting around talking on phones .. racist Wendy’s fa sure

The young african american man who works the drive thru is always so professional. I have one issue it seems like the other workers do not speak english. Please do not have staff members working if they can not accommodate and communicate with your paying customers effectively.

Worse customer service ever! On 1/30/24 I went to place an order dine in. The lady at the cashier kept ringing the wrong order and charged me for something that I didn’t order. Yall need to get people that actually knows what they are doing.

Asked to order a pretzel bacon baconator if they still had it. Attendant said yes and told me a total cost after asking for my drink. Didnt ask if I wanted a combo to begin with or any different sides. Didnt give me a receipt i had to ask for it. When I got the receipt it showed double baconator and I didn't ask for a double. Food came with no ketchup! Felt impersonal and like I was getting scammed.
