This has got to be the slowest whataburger ever. Save your time go down the road to fair field or down barker cypress. The quality of the food and the time it takes to actually get your food. Not worth it. I avoid this location!

I ordered a milkshake and they forgot to give it to me and they needed to see the receipt instead of just handing me the milkshake.

Stopped by with kiddos to grab something quick. Worst mistake spent 30 min on 3 kids meals and a burger and still nothing people kept coming in and out and getting food . When approached to asked they said it was placed on warmers by accident. They said it was still good. Burgers were like warm at best receipt 🧾 clearly specific dine in .yet wanted me to eat cold food when asked for a refund they suggested a remake instead so nearly 50 minutes to get a quick meal with hungry kids. Worst Whataburger experience ever.

I got my food in curbside and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a second drink and ended up never receiving it so i went in and had to ask them to remake my cold food and get my second drink. One of the nice gentleman there fixed everything but trying to stop at whataburger after work shouldn’t take 45 minutes. I’ve genuinely never had perfect experience or service here. This location either needs to be completely restaffed, or replaced with a Chick-Fil-A or something.

Seemed like I was in line forever Saturday evening. When I finally recieved my food, burger was cold and fries soggy, like it sat just as long as I did. Food did not taste good at all, threw away my meal! Completely done with Whataburger!

I alway go to this location after work to get a kids meal before going home. I placed a Mobile order at 4:13am and didn’t receive my food Till 4:28am. Even though I ordered ahead. The wait isn’t the issue I had nowhere to be. I asked for a coke with NO ice because I still had a while to drive. My order comes and my drink had ice. I tell the lady at the window this and he looked visibly annoyed that I asked her to remake the drink. She brings it back and I thank her and drive away. I get home to find out she gave me Coke Zero. Retaliation was unnecessary.
