I’ve really been holding off on leaving this review but tonight was such horrible service I had to. My service the last 3 times I’ve been in hasn’t been great but tonight I show up and I have my two daughters. 2 and 5. They usually have the drinks ready, they didn’t tonight. They just tried to give me 3 empty cups, I paid for 4 drinks. They just tossed me the last cup and didn’t say a word. There’s just something about people doing the bare minimum that their job requires that’s off putting. I’ll drive down to the other location on 290 from now on.

They are holding up well on 75 cent burger day! Food is decent, as always. Had a burger, the chicken stripe are awesome, as is the biscuits and gravy.

It was 10:59, I was trying to get a taquito understanding that at 11 that’s when they start selling them and he told me I needed to pull out the drive through and come back when it’s 11:00pm to order then when I had a car behind me. Then I said it’s about to be 11 any second now then he said well we haven’t even started to make them yet so I can’t take your order and at this point it was already 11pm. I told him I was willing to wait and he just kept repeating well we haven’t started making them yet so you’d have to wait. When I said I was okay with waiting. Basically refused my order. I work in the food industry also and I believe that could’ve been handled differently. Go to another whataburger this one we continuously have issues with.

Nice place to Grab a bite to eat. Burgers are okay and their chicken tenders are very good, somewhat on the expensive side, so have at least $20 to get a good meal. They are open 24 hours so for you late night snackers, this is the place to go!

I had a great experience at this Whataburger location. I accidentally left one of my AirPods Pro behind, and thanks to the honesty and professionalism of the manager, Andrew, I was able to recover it. He held onto it for me and made the return process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find that level of care and integrity—huge shout out to Andrew! On top of that, the food was excellent and the customer service overall was top-notch. Highly recommend this location!
