I want to rate this place better but, I ordered a burger with mustard and mayo onions and peppers no cheese , ended up having no mustard and no mayo , had to get a side of mustard to put on myself. Decided not to get the mayo to embarrasss them to bad. Also the meat was overcooked and had zero seasoning. Only stars cuz the fries and the drink were good The place was almsot totally empty at 10pm so it’s not like they have an excuse. Atleast it was hot

Horrible, we wait 30 mins and still didn't have food. I assume the biscuit employee and manager was still sleeping somewhere.
As a visitor from europe i was very exited to finaly try it, maybe not the most pleasing by looks but man it is a goooood burger,worth the travel.

The food was good. However…It took entirely too long to get. Long line and about 20 minutes just sitting and waiting. We took the outside Lane. 7:09 PM Sunday 11/16. I felt sorry for the people taking the orders and walking the late food to the cars.

I had a disappointing experience at this Whataburger. The service was abysmal, with incredibly long wait times and crappy server attitudes. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold and unappetizing. On top of that, my order was missing the ranch and spicy ketchup that noted twice and were listed on my receipt.
Overall, a frustrating and disappointing visit that I won’t be repeating.
