Little girl named "Swiss" needs a serious attitude adjustment. I get the customer service profession can be stressful at times and the are plenty of Darrens and Karens out there. But that is no reason to be unprofessional around customers, especially those who didn't do anything to you. Had cooler heads not prevailed she might have caught some hands tonight and that would have ruined her evening real quick like.

The ladies working the drive were too busy talking to their friends, reving their loud engines, to take my order. I waited a good 10 minutes as one of the ladies was not doing anything when she could’ve been taking an order. No joke, the girl was just standing there. The car in front of me moves, and the lady that was about to take my order walks AWAY to go talk to her friend. When the lady finally took my order (which was literally one a burger with mustard and ketchup), she was too distracted by her friends to get my order correct. I understand having fun at work, but I was like “girl, are you for real?”. I opened my burger and it is SLATHERED in mayo, not mustard. If you’re going to slather it in sauce, at least get it right. I am not one to write negative reviews, but I was really looking forward to this burger only to have my heart broken seeing it covered in mayo. 1/10

March /9/2024Order 8 chiken strips1 Lucky and Spicy Bacon Burger1 chiken strip tx toastThe guy at the window charged my card $56.00 and then told me that he had made an error and that at the next window he would adjust my total....after that unpleasant confession...they finally gave me a large heavy, closed bag which I assumed that all the food was inside...I got home and it was only sodas...I came back and went in and asked to speak to the manager who acted very despotic and said that it was my fault for not waiting

Good food and accurate order. Only reason I put a 3 for service is because I tried that mobile ordering where you pull up and park and they bring it to you. Well after picking my space and putting ir in the app then waiting about 15 minutes and watching plenty of people come and go while I was there. I finally went inside and I don't know exactly what happened but basically the food runner somehow missed my order and it was still just sitting there for who knows how long. Otherwise I have no other complaints with them.

Came through the drive this morning a little after 9 am. Girl on the speaker sounds like she couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t tell me my total I asked for a large water comes out with a small. Didn’t want to acknowledge me. Proceeds to charge me for a meal when I jusy wanted a break fast taco. Didn’t see her name. She had long pink and yellow nails.
