Waited over an 1 1/2 hours for pizza. Only to find out it was delivered to our neighbor. Neighbor came home found pizza and brought it to us, only to be infested with ants! Pizza Hut finally remade pizza after 2 phone calls and redeilvered. No discount, no waiving of delivery fee, no coupon, no nothing offered to us. We have been ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut for 15+ years. Might be time to move on.....

nice food except for the first time i went there it was busy but we waited and then ordered and it would be a 15-20 min wait (which was okay) but when we came back and tried to pick up the food it turns out they didn't get our order and we had to order again and waited another 15-20 minutes which left a bad impression, but its a nice place and one time we went again and this worker even bought the pizza to our car because she noticed it was raining which was nice.

I had an item missing from my order - the mozzarella cheese sticks. The personal pan pizza was very tough, like it was stale.

Last month delivery times have been terrible and due to that by the time I received my order the fries were a cold soggy mess, wings were cold, and pizza was cold. When delivered on time it’s solid. Lately I’m not going to order again for a while.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back from our trip. We had a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 teenagers 13-16). We waited about 30 mins, which for a group that size is OK. The pizza was very good I thought and the teenagers loved it. The staff that we had was great and very friendly. Can definitely recommend this place.

I appreciate both employees and managers at this location. My kids got a book it reward for a personal pan pizza and I was turned away at another location and they very were rude. However this location helped me with no hassle. Food was great and done fast. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Ordered my pizza and it was done pretty fast I have no complaints about this location. Customer service could’ve been better but it’s fast food so expectations are NONE! Way better than my experience on Fry!The sauce was 1/2 full wish I could get half my money back for that
The worst experience and I will never come back. I was told I was recieving ranch and didnt. When I called back they said I wasn't charged for ranch but the price doesn't add up. Additionally the fries I received was ONLY 10 FRIES! Literally only 10. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Bad service. Longest wait ever! Never got my pizza, finally had to get a refund. The lady on the phone didn't even care she was not apologetic about it at all. Now I'm eating at 10pm when I placed an order at 7:45pm.
