I have the feeling that, had I been Latino, I would have gotten better service. When my wife and daughter come here, they are Hispanic, they get better service than I do, as a white man. This disturbs me. There is no room in America for racism and discrimination especially not in a culturally diverse metropolitan area such as Houston.

they are ALWAYS getting the order wrong , we always ask for bone less and they give us wings that we didn’t ask for , they never give us our correct order and food is always missing , management needs to do better with their staff

I only keep ordering from here bc it’s 30 seconds from my house. Each time HORRRRIBLLLLEEEEEEEEEEE service !!!!!!!! Long wait even if you order online or over the phone a bunch of kids who rather be on their phone.

They never answered the phones. I’ve been online for 10 minutes and when they did click over, I asked him why he didn’t answer the phone. I was on hold for a long time and his response was.it’s a you problem. I have never been told that before, what a way to treat a customer, and because of that, I would never step foot in this WingStop again!

The two girls in the cash register don't even know what is going on. It's not the first time I have an issue. One time the girl didn't pay attention because she was too busy on her phone. Today I placed an order over the phone, my husband went to pick it up. When he got home I asked him for the receipt, they didn't give it to him. I called wingstop, they said he didn't pay. He thought j had paid over the phone. Well Dyana or the other cashier could have checked. Of course I went back to pay. They need to pay more attention.

The two ladies work in the front were very rude and mean. I went in there taking out my food without anyone in front of me. One lady in front of me was checking other customer’s food so I was like ok I’ll go to the counter to ask for my food. The other lady in the front counter were just minding her stuff without even asking if I need any help. It was not until a young man saw me got ignored by the two ladies in the front and he then came up and help me. When the man helped me all of the sudden the lady in the counter ask some other customer waiting behind me if she needs help. Totally bs and not ok for their attitudes. I would not recommend this Wingstop and would not come back again.
