I recently had a concerning experience at Wingstop that I feel compelled to share. While observing the preparation process, I witnessed an action that raises significant questions about their hygiene practices. After a customer had came back into the store with a taken bite of their chicken, the entire order was reportedly placed back into the fryer, sauce and all, before being served back to the same customer. This practice is not only unsanitary but also deeply unsettling. It's crucial for a restaurant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety to protect its customers. My experience has led me to question Wingstop's commitment to these standards, and I urge potential customers to consider this before dining there.

I placed an order for pick up at 3:17pm. When I arrived at 4:30pm they have just started working on my order. The staff has no urgency to the orders being processed . Extremely disappointed

I usually don't like to write reviews but please dont waste your time going to this location around 2:20pm I entered the lobby only 2 customers eating while I was standing there looking at 4 employees sitting on their phones ignoring me one of them just look at me and keep mining is own business waste of time if you are the owner of this facility maybe you need to start thinking and better your customer services it might be the reason why your restaurant is so empty during lunch time.
My fav location now! Mario and Jay took care of us today and customer service was A1! Will be back because of them!

I paid for 7 individual orders, for 7 ppl. When i received my order, i only had 4 trays with wings, i call and explain i have employees who don't want to share food, let alone have a way to separate them. Im told they did nothing wrong and they wont fix it. So are the 3 trays they saved worth that much, they served 20 sauces int trays but not the wings. i didnt want to argue anymore i just wanted to feed my employees so I purchased 2 more orders, and then went up there to let them know this isnt right. They just pushed it off on there system. It makes no sense if you purchase 7 individual orders that they would be combined, why wouldnt i just have ordered a 70 piece group order. It was for individuals, not to share. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, go to wingsnob
