I paid for 7 individual orders, for 7 ppl. When i received my order, i only had 4 trays with wings, i call and explain i have employees who don't want to share food, let alone have a way to separate them. Im told they did nothing wrong and they wont fix it. So are the 3 trays they saved worth that much, they served 20 sauces int trays but not the wings. i didnt want to argue anymore i just wanted to feed my employees so I purchased 2 more orders, and then went up there to let them know this isnt right. They just pushed it off on there system. It makes no sense if you purchase 7 individual orders that they would be combined, why wouldnt i just have ordered a 70 piece group order. It was for individuals, not to share. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, go to wingsnob

Y’all messed up my order and then had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked for my refund. I paid for delivery, got the WRONG food, and still had to send my husband up there just to get my own money back. That’s beyond unprofessional—y’all need to learn how to admit when you’re wrong instead of wasting customers’ time

Unless you like giving away money, don’t bother going here. Every time I place an order somethings missing. Tonight I ordered 60 wings and only received 40. I called the store who made me call Uber even though I placed the order directly through Wingstop. Of course, Uber had no record of it and told me to call the store back. I called the store back and the only thing they can do is give me credit with Wingstop or I have to go into the store and bring all of my food so that they can remake it. Obviously, I ordered delivery because I cannot leave my home. What’s the point of delivery then?

I placed an online order and when I picked it up I was questioned down to my order details by an employee by the name of Alex. I gave him my first and last name but it wasn’t enough. I’ve never been questioned like that before and I felt insulted. To add insult to injury.. this is how my order looked when I picked it up. I ordered lemon pepper but they forgot to add the lemon pepper. I contacted Alex and he said that if I brought the order back, he could sprinkle more lemon pepper on it. This location has poor customer service and horrible food!

The lady manager is not professional, I see her talking to workers any type of way and I mean RUDE… your a manager not someone off the street.. my food is never correct.. I’ve came up there 2 many times to replace my food
