This location is a scam, led by Ben (he refused to share his last name) an unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate manager. As a professional food reviewer, I would recommend you avoid this location. I ordered over the app, got a credit card notification of approved transaction, but when I called them, they claimed they had never received the order. Ben refused to help, had immense attitude, and even had the audacity to say “your phone may have got hacked by scammers”. He did not share any information of the management or how to resolve this issue. Strongly request the management to take immediate action and help get my money back

Manager made me come back 30 mins because I was allegedly LYING about them half assing my order! This store needs to be retrained on EVERYTHING!BEGINNING WITH MANAGEMENT. The service is clearly lacking because of POOR LEADERSHIP. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I’d give this place a zero, but obviously cannot. I had made an order with my partner today, 3/10/2025 for pick up and ordered a 8 piece combo and a 6 piece combo. 8 piece had mild sauce and the 6 piece had original. 6 piece came with fries as well. I came to pick up the food, and after coming back home from work with the food, I found that not only did they get the sauces wrong with the chicken, but I’m missing the fries with the order. I called the restaurant back and notified them what happened, and I was offered to have the order remade. I told them during the interaction that I had literally gotten home and wanted to not have to make another drive there and back. I was told that an additional offer instead was to come to the restaurant at a later date, and get a remake order. I mentioned that’s okay and ended the call. Not even a few minutes later, I get a call back and was told by the person on the line that the manager still required me to drive back there to even PROVE we had the order messed up. At this point I ended up hanging up, and left this review. Next time, I am just going to avoid going anywhere until my order is right, and still be expected to take my own time to drive back to somewhere where they clearly messed my order up.
Something needs to change at this location. Your cashier Maria has no customer service what so ever. She is more worried about being on her cell phone than servicing her customers. I witnessed on multiple occasions in the 20 min I was there today 2/24/25 her looking down at her phone at register than acknowledging her customers. She delivered the wrong food to my table when I Infomerd her she rolled her eyes at me. The other two associates in the kitchen were hard at work. It’s unfortunate Maria could not be on the same page as them. The first impression is the most important and unfortunately she does not give that impression.
This poor customer was waiting for up to 5 min to place his order but like I said she cared more about texting than servicing customers.

I order from this place often on uber eats, a lot of the time the food is pretty good, but this order in particular just seals the deal. First thing,,they included 2 cups of fry seasoning when I asked for extra. Holy. Crap. It’s actually so insanely good. Second thing is the wings, a lot of the time when I order delivery they are also Luke warm. But this time. Oh my god. They were piping hot. Good lord Wingstop on tuckerton, you manage to surprise me all the time. Thank you to the workers that made my order on Saturday December28 2024 at 11:15 ish
