No complaints except for these new fries…. Changing the original amazing perfect fries out for whatever these crunchy stale sticks are is criminal and lowkey ruins my cravings for wingstop since those fries were literally my favorite.

Placed an order online. When I picked up, the cashier just looked at me. No greeting. So I asked for my order and he just handed it to me. Nothing was said. Wings were not good at all. Meat was chewy and they were lacking flavor. We ended up trashing them. Waste of money. Horrible customer service.

Count your wings everytime you come to this place, I ordered 80 wings and was shorted 20 wings.

I ordered an online order through Uber Eats and when it arrived I checked the flavors and one was missing which was Lemon Peppers which I love... that order was for four wings, the total order was 40 chicken wings all flat and well, that flavor was missing I think because it was the only flavor I ordered only four. I called by phone and they connected me with a manager who was a little rude and doubting my word, it was a young girl's voice, when we hung up, I called again to ask for the supervisor's name, the cashier told me Mellissa, because my intention was to go with the complete order so they could see that I was not lying, the truth is that I felt super bad about the treatment. Finally my husband told me not to waste your afternoon and I did not go... but without a doubt they have one less customer... those supervisors are grocers!

I walked into Wingstop expecting wings. I walked out questioning if Gavin was a philosopher trapped in a cashier’s body.
First off, Gavin greeted me like we were long-lost brothers from an alternate universe. “Welcome to Wingstop, where your hunger gets drop-kicked,” he said. I knew I was in for a ride.
I asked him what flavor he recommended. He looked deep into my soul and whispered, “Lemon Pepper… it’s the Beyoncé of wings.” I ordered immediately.
While I waited, Gavin started beatboxing to the fryer’s sizzle. A toddler tried to hand him a crayon drawing and he said, “Finally, a real artist in the building.” He hung it up next to the soda machine like it was the Mona Lisa.
When my food came, he slid it across the counter like a poker dealer in Vegas. “Your destiny awaits,” he said.
Best Wingstop experience ever. Gavin isn’t just a cashier—he’s a legend. Someone give that man a raise. Or a cape. Maybe both

Amazing food, very fast at making a larger amount of food, I was eating 60 wings with some compradres and started gagging, GAVIN rescued me with a bucket to vomit, he is a true savior.

I got into am argument with a fellow wingstop coniseuior and Gavin came and rescued me from it by deesculating it and dapped me up
the food was delicious gavin saved my wandering child from eating a random guestes wings much love to him!!

I came to this location at 5/21/2025 around 8:30pm I order chicken tenders and voodoo fries, they ran out of chicken tenders so the order took a little longer than expected, the manager kept checking on my order and he kept me updated, when I got my order it was super fresh and well worth the wait. Great service and management 💯💯

Great service I went there around 9-10 pm on Friday and it was good wings were steaming when I opened the box and covered in sauce the service I got was great guys at the windows were nice 10/10 recommend

I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food came out fast, hot, and cooked really well. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The employees were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving wings and good service 5 out of 5

I came to this location today 05/15/2025 around 9ish fresh off work, I did a call in order and the thing lady I spoke with stated my meal would be ready by 10:10 pm. I got there paid for my food and was handed a bag that was sitting on the stand, mind you they wasn't really busy so I'm thinking my food was going to be fresh with no problems. I get way to my home (35 minutes) with no traffic just to have the incorrect order and called (bleep) fries. I called and spoke with the manager and the manager stated that there was nothing he could do about it because I needed to drive way back out there too bring the food back. Mind you they prepared the food way before I even picked up the order so everything should have been correct. I order a 6piece I was given a 10 piece. I've always came to this location and never had a problem, not to mention one of the flavors the wings had I am allergic to. So now I'm out of money and food and the situation could've landed me in the ER and the manager on the shift said there's nothing he can do I even offered to bring the food in the morning time and it was still a nothing he can do!!! I'M PISSED!! What should I do!!!!!
