Second time in two weeks I’ve placed an online order got to the restaurant only to see ten other people waiting for their orders. It makes no sense to have to wait an hour after you order to receive your food. Five to six people working behind the line and there was a young woman with glasses sitting near the back of the store on her phone. If you know the store is backed up with orders at the person in charge why are you not helping to clear out the restaurant? Then of course my order wasn’t correct after waiting and demanding a refund all the sudden everyone starts helping.

I called several times to ask for extra crispy fries and extra sauce on the wings. No one ever picked up the phone. When I made it to the store it was already too late, my order was as already prepared. After explaining the cashier the situation, she decided to give me an extra sauce on the side and charged me for it. No empathy or sympathy! I told myself, ok, no big deal! But when I made it home with my order I was missing my ranch. I was not going to drive back as I live 25 minutes from the store, so disappointing!

I'm a Door Dasher. I went to pick up 2 orders one night for 2 customers. One order was ready when I got there. The other order took almost OVER an hour to get finished. OVER AN HOUR! I get it was busy the night in question, but that is beyond absurd. There were probably about 7-8 cooks making food in this tiny kitchen that night. The young cashier's favorite phrase to all the guests was "It will be ready in 5 minutes." She told me that more than a few times. She eventually did tell a group that had just walked in that the wait time was going to be over 45 minutes. A tall Hispanic young man was clearly just their to ride the clock & get a paycheck. He showed 0% Interest in doing anything that could be considered work. He even purposefully avoided making eye contact with the guest so that he act like he didn't know they were there. There were probably more than 10 guests standing by the front counter & door. No way you could miss them. And all he was doing was talking to the cooks and cashiers. Anyone resembling a manager, assistant manager, or team leader seemed to be M.I.A. that night. And I wasn't the only Door Dasher or delivery driver there that night. There was at least 4-5 others all waiting an insane amount of time to get their orders. And I not going to say they were being racist, but they seemed to favor those of their own persuasion over anyone else. Another Wingstop in Cypress keeps a logbook of when delivery drivers arrive so the manager can hold his staff accountable for if it takes too long for an order. This motivated his employees to have me out the door with correct order in hand within less than 5 minutes of arrival. Until the worthless franchisees start to care, hire employees who care, and utilize a similar log for online orders and delivery drivers, I don't ever recommend visiting this particular "restaurant."

Can the Wingstop employees put the trash in actual dumpster. It’s a nightmare going back there and hopping all over yall trash to throw away my trash. It’s not hard just to lift up the lid and put your trash in it. Y’all do this all the time.Sincerely, your neighbors.

What’s the point of ordering ahead of time and having to wait as if the order was placed walking in! People have reasons why they need to have the food ready at a certain time! This is disrespectful. For the price we pay for wings and being disappointed like this is just not it.
If I had to choose between this wingstop and another I would choose this one over and over ! The wait time wasn’t long, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

This location is my favorite location out of all the Wingstop's in this area ! I love both managers Leslie and Leena'ea !! The cashiers always greet me when I come in and the place is ALWAYS clean when I walk in. I would recommend this location to any and all of my friends

Went in and ordered a 20 piece boneless combo, wanted 10 garlic parm and 10 Korean bbq and ended up getting 5 garlic parm and 6 Korean bbq.The employees were just standing around talking and laughing while taking my order and had a line of customers waiting.Employees just want to socialize with each other instead of working.Never coming here again or recommending this location to anyone.Do better.
