A couple weeks ago I ate here and I spotted a young man making food while he was sniffing and coughing. Then his coworker reported to the management to have him work not over the food or anything because it’s unsafe. No one listened so people basically ate food from someone that’s ill and the managers don’t seem to mind food safety!

Food is literally never done on time. I’ve ordered takeout from here regularly since it opened and 90% of the time it takes twice as long as they say for the food to be ready and I’m stuck waiting for it at the restaurant. If it’s going to take an hour just tell me that instead of saying it’ll be 16-21 minutes. Posting this as I sit and wait for food that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago.

Forgot to upgrade my fries to a large TWICE. Did not give me my ranch. Wings are tossed in a small amount of sauce. Never order to go from here. They will get your order wrong
Hello everyone I’m here to advise you all of my experience ordering food at this specific location. This day was 11/10 time was around 3:00pm. I placed an order in the store and I noticed a female in black jeans and a black shirt with her hair hanging down with no hat or hairnet cooking food. I then noticed her touch uncooked chicken and continued to touch the fryer basket to cook it and lastly she pressed a timer button before finally washing her hands. I asked a gentleman at the register for her name he responds saying her name is Claudia. If I’m not mistaken because I don’t know if this female works here or not I come here and eat often and i noticed it’s been almost a month and I still notice her without uniform or hairnet, In the kitchen.

Ordered through the Wingstop at and was delivered the wrong order. I contacted the store and they gave me the run around and told me to contact doordash support. Doordash support contacted the store after to let us know we would have to file a claim for missing food. We already waited over an hour for delivery then spent 30 mins on the phone to still not get our proper order. So in short about 2 hours for the wrong order of food with no resolution and no help when we called the store after they messed up our order.

The cashier took the receipt off and the bag fell off she didnt even try to fix the fries all of them fell out from the basket they need to do better she is getting paid for this. service was awful
For some reason I always have hope that this location will improve and I’m always left disappointed. This will be my last time making that mistake.
Basically you can expect to place your order online, be provided a time to show up and then expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour past that time. The lobby is always full of people because the time estimates are incorrect or rather the staff is so unbelievably slow, disorganized, and too busy chatting and joking around to do their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Even a Wing Stop location that is further away will have you receiving your food faster than this horrible location.
