I ordered just fries the and requested online and clicked “well done “ , my gf got regular ones. Guess what. They didn’t do well done. They think oh we would have to actually do work and drop more fries if he wants overdone. This palce is a travesty. Give people what they order or go work at McDonald’s where there’s no choices

Went to get a 15-piece boneless wings. This is what you will get, small and tiny bite sizes or more called 15 bites. I know I got boneless wings. I should have gone to HEB, bought my own nuggets, and cook it my self on how tiny it was and entered the place I had some attitude from the worker. If you don't like the damn place go work some else!

Got the 10 piece boneless it was so tiny, smaller than a chicken nuggets that they looked like bite size would not come to this place again. The guy on front was rude as well. not even sauce enough, it was dry, and I would not eat here again in this location. ? it does not justify the money spent here. I get it 20 bucks. I paid what I got.

Not sure who owns this franchise but I had the worst experience today. Employees were very rude when I had only been standing there for 15 minutes after paying for my order that was placed 30 minutes prior!When I asked the lead/manager/not really sure of her title because the division manager said it wasn't his store; it was hers.When I finally got my order, got into the car and drove off, my fries were cold. I called the store and Artrail told me my only option was to bring back the fries and they would give me hot ones and then hung up. Really? Unfortunately Artrail, your name is the only name on the receipt, and maybe you were merely the messenger. Messenger or not, there is no excuse for your behavior or the behavior of your team.
