Went in on a normal Friday. Sat outside on the patio.. watched the kids play and ordered food. The kids food which consisted of sliders were slightly hot but the fries were delicious. Me and my Gentleman ordered Burgers as well. Unfortunately ours took forever to come to the table. Once we asked our inattentive waitress what was taking so long , we received our food! ONLY TO HAVE IT SERVED COLD!! We sent them back for some more fresh food. But by now we had been here for so long we decided to tell her to bag the freshly made burgers.. Boy was we wrong, got them home and the lettuce, tomatoes, onions were MISSING! CALLED and asked for a Manager. Once he understood who I was and that we were the same couple who had an issue earlier with the QUALITY of the food he proceeded to tell me he would call me back shortly. Which I knew was a LIE!! I said that to say, if he's willing to LIE to customers then now I UNDERSTAND why there as so many issues with the food.It starts at the top!!Best part was watching the kids play and the music outsideAlso after tasting the 2nd Burger I'm quite SURE these are FROZEN and not freshly made!!Kid-friendliness: Live music, and a play circle for kids to run, jump, play

My favorite spot in the area. The food is fire, huge beer selection, and the servers are awesome. Simina, Jacob and Erin are the best - they're super attentive and every time I have them they're so friendly and make sure I have everything I need!

Simina and Erin are so kind and sweet. They always take care of us when we get off work. Beer never goes cold and food always comes out hot. They are the prettiest and sweetest of the townlake location!

Good food and OK but incredibly slow service. Not a great idea to come here on your lunch hour or if you'd like to leave in under an hour and a half. I think the servers should be reminded that if guests order an item from the lunch menu, during lunch menu hours, the guests pay the lunch menu price. They should also be reminded that it's okay to ask the guests questions, such as "the sweet potato fries you subbed on the side will be SEVEN DOLLARS, is that okay with you?" Or "I assumed you wanted the Chipotle chicken sandwich rather than the flatbread because I only heard 'Chipotle chicken' and 'no peppers' instead of the whole order, do you mind repeating what you wanted again?" (The sandwich doesn't have peppers..) We've come here as a party of five, four, and three before- each time with different servers, each time the kitchen/service were incredibly slow. For such a large space and popular food I'm not sure why they keep two servers and one bartender for midday service. Never in my previous serving career did my managers ever CONSISTENTLY understaff.

I just want to say that I have been coming here a little more then a year since moving to towne lake and the bartenders, servers, managers have always made sure that my experience is always perfect! Doesn’t matter what day and time I stop by I always get excellent service!

The service was slow but the hostess, annie, went above and beyond to pick up the slack for the servers. She helped all the tables in getting them what they needed and was phenomenal! She made our experience great! Great job Annie!
I was expecting more of this restaurant since is in a nice spot. The Nachos were poor and did not have enough cheese sauce. The waitress was not great just an average service.We will not go back again.

The artichoke dip was delicious.The truffle burger was seasoned perfectly.Good fries.Decent selection of beers, although I expected there to be way more. Various other alcoholic beverages.Huge space inside – plus games.Outdoor areas where it’s at. Gorgeous view of the lake.Our waitress was less than desired.However, thanks to the host, Tyler, the evening with salvaged. It’s people like him who do something so small, but really made a huge impact. I wish there were more people in the service industry like Tylerr.

The bartenders will not look at you, they avoid eye contact at all times. You have to wave them down and interrupt their conversation with other staff to get heir attention.
