where can i even start the cashier is a racist even to a 2 year old baby . i felt how she was discriminating me and my babies only because we are hispanics . for an example she wiped down the counter of the toppings when my kids were not even touching it and with white people she didn't even bother wiping down the tables . and felt so uncomfortable even my kids didn't want to be there anymore so sad what this world is coming to even discriminating poor innocent children .

The BEST place to go get froyo!! The employees are extremely nice and amazing at their jobs!
The lady at the register was extremely rude from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I have a service dog that has its papers that helps me with my diabetes. I only came here for my granddaughter because she was craving it. But the lady at the counter made us feel so unwelcomed by staring down my dog and my colored friend. She told him to keep it down while if he could he would but hes autistic. if i could give 0 stars i would.

I would like to start off by saying the lady at the cash register is rude! I walked in with a group of friends and all we felt was judgement. I tried to get a sample of one of the yogurts and she was not nice about telling me that they don’t give samples. As I was trying to choose my yogurt flavor there was a ROACH!!! A literal ROACH! All the lady said was “Ok i’ll clean it” !! YALL, I was so disgusted! I don’t recommend this place for anyone especially because of the rude service, prices, and lack of cleanness.

Dear readers when I came here, I thought it would be great since there were so many good reviews.(it wasn't great.) I tried the original plane with chocolate chips. It was fine. as we are putting it on the scale, the worker weirdly put something on the scale to make it heavier and more expensive! And then, when we were done, she did it to the next customers! Plus I'd love if you had more options that were dairy free. Also, the place was a little sticky.(I mean I get it's an ice cream place but it was still sticky.) will not be returning.
