Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is one of the best Zaxby's locations out there. Service at the counter is fast and friendly and food is always hot and fresh. I also love their variety of drinks in the drink machine too. Conveniently located near the outlet mall too.

Horrible Horrific Horridness Food!! What a disgusting disappointment! Skip this place! Horrible customer service as all the workers were taking or should I say yelling at each other as if they were at a party! Shameful that management doesn’t address all the issues we just seen!

Such a terrible place gave us raw meat and the whole crew was so rude and saw us sanding in line wanting for them to greet us or anything customer service was terrible

Uber eats order 01/19/2026 at 1:06 am ubereats sent a driver there driver arrived.food still showed being prepared. The app showed still preparing.Driver took food and never delivered. Zaxbys still showed food be prepared at 2am. Uber assigned another driver and to pick up order and driver called me and said Zaxbys and Uber must know eat other. Driver stolen 45.00 worth of food and wasted my time and other Uber drivers time. Ever after contacted uber it still showed preparing. I attempted to call the store and didnt get no answer. I will follow up with a manager my money is stuck between transactions and I cant leave work to get anything else.

Upon entering the establishment I was promptly greeted by one of the most professional, courteous, considerate, and respectful human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This young gentleman, Lu, sporting a blinding smile and the poise of a manager well beyond his years; ensured my experience was nothing but memorable. The only critique I would offer is that I wish there was a line out the door. The customer service, cleanliness, and overall vibe of this establishment deserves nothing less than consistent and vigorous business. I will DEFINITELY be back!
