They are nice employees, but for the past 3 years I’ve been coming here. They stop selling tea and cookies around 9pm. Most of the time they stop selling (making) cookies at 6pm though ??. Like what is wrong with them?.

First and last time I’ll go to this location.Service was horrible, waited for 15 minutes while employees sat around and gossiped.Fries were soggy with no seasoning. For the quality and service I’d rather go to Chick-fil-A 2 minutes away.

100% better then Canes!!! I recommend the spicy or tongue torch fried chicken sandwich!! It’s? and the chicken strips are the ? ! They have a free promotion right now if you download the app you can get 5 free chicken strips for free with any purchase more then 5$ it’s definitely a steal?
The chicken is good and crispy and they have a good sweet tea as well. The fries were kind of floppy so not my favorite, but they had a lot of potential with a rash of salt and a little more time frying. Safe place to eat as you won't blow the budget and won't leave disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and good for the family.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessibility for wheelchairs.
First time trying Zaxby's and will not be going back. Staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was disgusting. It was inedible. Chicken tenders were small, breading tasted stale. fries were mushy and some were under cooked. Feeling sick after eating a few bites.

First, and last time here today.We live like 12 minutes away, we got home and all the food was lukewarm at best.Tenders were chewy, and the fries were really old. Never again.

Opens up at 10:30 and we pulled up at 11:06. We sat at the drive-through waiting to order for nearly 5 min but didn't hear anything. We pulled up and this girl walked up to the window and with an attitude told us they opened late and slammed the window closed. Its past 11. Nearly 45 minutes after the open time yall aren't even open. She wasn't even nice about it either, she was just plain ugly. She needs to get her attitude checked. She'd get fired from Chick-fil-A with that nasty attitude.

Customer service is very negative. Food is poor as well. Chicken fingers are small. People not in uniform, don’t know who I gave my card to, no name tag.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was extremely rude, and to add to the frustration, the food was served cold. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place.

I absolutely LOVE Zaxby’s fried cobb salad!! Having one right down the street now is going to be dangerous!A little consistency with the food would be appreciated though. No two salads are ever the same. From the way they cut their tomatoes to the to the amount of salad base you receive but at least you know they are fresh!! There always seems to be ingredients missing though and when you ask and pay for extra but get none is frustrating. The service could also use a little improvement, they always seem to be in a rush, even when there’s no one else in line. Hard to place your order when constantly being cut off, let people place their order and then ask if they would like anything else.Speaking from a business perspective, you are leaving money on the table with Door Dash. You have the option to remove ingredients but no option to add. Up sell at every opportunity!I’ll continue to visit, weekly, if not more! These are all minuscule issues, the food is still fresh and the Cobb is still the best ever!! ❤️❤️
