I purchased my food over the phone..when my receipt came to my phone it showed 31.39..when I tried to explain that the amount and order was incorrect the girl that was working the counter would not refund my money.. I don’t know if she understand what I was saying but I informed her that my order and amount was incorrect..

My husband last minute wanted tacos and where did we go to, you guessed it Taqueria Torres. Tacos were AMAZING!! Very Friendly, GREAT service, Definitely recommend them 10/10!!!

customer service is AWFUL! they got my husband food wrong and the boy picked up his plates slammed them on a tray & walked off. then turned to my cousins girlfriend and said you never said you did not want lettuce on top. in which she did say it. then he says we'll I'm not the cook and walked off. we asked for the manager phone number and the employee was told they couldn't give it out because it's private. so said manager calls while we are paying my cousin gets on the phone telling him about the whole ordeal and manager says well what do you want me to do?? he said train your employees correctly. the manager told my cousin to f*** off so as we leave they took pics of our license plates. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
