We have barely sat down with a group of 7 with 3 children under years old and a waitress came by and said we are going to charge a 20% gratuity to your table.

1 Star – Worst brunch experience I’ve had in Dallas

We visited on a Saturday during peak brunch hours, and the fact there was no wait should have been the first warning. Our party of three was seated behind a pillar in a side area, and only two of us were given cups and silverware. I had to get my own cup from another table and waited while my friends started eating before silverware was finally brought to me.

I ordered the Berry cocktail, which should have had muddled berries, vodka, ginger beer, and lime. Instead, it tasted like straight lime juice. I asked for it to be fixed, but no replacement came. When I followed up again, a manager came over and tried to “fix” it by dumping simple syrup into the same drink instead of remaking it. It still tasted wrong, and by then I was done with the experience.

The food came out in about ten minutes, clearly not fresh. My avocado toast was completely soggy with no crisp at all, and the lamb chops were overcooked and tough instead of tender. I left most of my meal untouched.

To make matters worse, the restaurant automatically added a 20% gratuity because our table total was over $100, despite poor service and poor food quality. I ended up paying nearly $90 for food and drinks I barely consumed.

Overall, careless service, poorly prepared food, and zero effort to correct mistakes. I will not be returning.

This place gave me pink chicken and refused to allow me to exchange for something else the manager stated “well chicken can be pink , and that he wasn’t going to take it off the ticket” when I didn’t ask him to not charge me I simply wanted something else due to my chicken being undercooked they are so rude and not understanding will not return again

I chose chicken and waffles during this visit. The chicken was old and hard and my waffles were dry. Also the drinks are extremely over priced ($5) not to offer refills being served in a small glass.

I’m honestly very disappointed with this place. I had high expectations, but the experience was terrible. There was hair in my food, and instead of taking accountability, the cook tried to blame me for it being there, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was not only just a hair in my food but there was also a hair in another plate at our table. I refused to be blame for these types of accusations. On top of that, the service was slow. I waited about 10 minutes for my food while everyone else at my table was already eating. For a breakfast restaurant, that’s unacceptable.
The food itself was overpriced for the quality. Nothing about it justified the cost, especially considering the hygiene issue and poor service. I expected much better, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This is my second time coming here this month and it just keeps getting better. I had the smoked salmon bagel again with sangria and was served by an extremely nice and very beautiful waitress Pamela and she is very professional and attentive and I will continue to come back and ask for her.

360 Brunch House was like striking brunch gold—and yes, I’m still thinking about it. We stopped in after an early morning of community service with the Hotcake Hustle, already hungry and tired, and this place absolutely delivered.
From the moment we walked in, the energy was right, the service was on point, and the food did not come to play. Shoutout to our server, Jewel—friendly, attentive, and let’s just say… easy on the eyes. Service with a smile always hits harder.
Food-wise? 🔥
Kaleah and I ordered the Cowboy bowl—steak bites, scrambled eggs with cheese, and potatoes. Let me be very clear: this was real steak, not that shaved mystery meat trying to pass for beef. Seasoned well, cooked right, and hearty enough to recover from volunteering and living. Another friend ordered the French Toast, and honestly, the picture tells the whole story—golden, fluffy, and tasting exactly how it looked. Someone else went with the Chicken Ranch Wrap with fries, and that plate was cleaned… which is always the real review.
Now let’s talk drinks, because brunch without cocktails is just breakfast with responsibilities. We had a French 75, an Old Fashioned, and a Classic Margarita, and every single one was crafted exceptionally well. Balanced, smooth, and poured with intention—not heavy-handed chaos, not watered-down regret. Respect.
Overall, 360 Brunch House checks all the boxes: great food, strong cocktails, solid service, and a vibe that feels celebratory without being chaotic. If you’re looking for a place that understands brunch is both a meal and a mood, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back.

This was my first visit, and I think it will be my last. The waitress's service was terrible; luckily, it wasn't very busy when we arrived. The tip was already included in the bill (which explained everything); they don't bother to provide good service if they already have the tip guaranteed. They need to improve their customer service.

I always stop here when visiting. The place is a decent size and can accommodate bigger parties. Service is always on point and quick. The lambchops and waffle is my go to. And of course you have to get a mimosa.

Very busy very loud. In mockingbird station so parking is a challenge. Our very busy waiter did an excellent job. Food was meh. I had a steak Benedict with overcooked steak (they didn't ask how I wanted it) and scant bland hollandaise. Everything my friends ordered was fine. Not great, but fine.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The food used to be delicious and made fresh… now it tastes more prepackaged, dry and old. We ordered four entrees and 3/4 had items that weren’t even hot to the touch!! The server wasn’t very knowledgeable either. Also wouldn’t recommend the mimosa flight as they didn’t even have all of the juice options available!! I am soooo disappointed to come back to this GARBAGE after loving their food so much the last time. Unfortunately I will not be returning ever smh.

We came here for our Christmas brunch and had a great experience! We arrived early on a Monday morning, so the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The space is a decent size with a nice atmosphere.
Our party of seven received excellent service—our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious with plenty of options to suit different preferences. They also have a great cocktail menu (though I didn’t try any this time).
The only downside was the coffee—it was lukewarm, and I prefer mine hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
