I came in having a really rough morning and was dealing with a lot of grief, but Jaylee and Alison showed me such kindness it brought me to tears. They were patient, warm, and deeply compassionate, and it was clear they truly cared. What could have remained a hard day felt lighter because of them. Usually a fantastic experience, workers there are generally super helpful and just awesome. But recently the last couple times I had lids that wernt fully seated. Ive caught the loose lids when the cups were handed to me untill today. The lid was mostly on but when I grabbed it the lid slipped off and the cup crushed in my hand spilling coffee EVERYWHERE! All over me the center console everywhere. Ill be hitting up the gm as soon as I can. The manager wasnt super helpful but also super young and this was a stressful situation so I dont blame her one bit.
