looks great inside, truly embodying the 7-eleven brand. a lot of unique offerings, including fresh produce which is often overlooked in connivence stores. Branding is on point here.

Remove yourself from DoorDash if you’re unwilling to supply correct cookie orders. 3rd time they failed to give me my order correctly.

Regularly unwelcoming and hostile employee's.

This place is a sad stop on the way to burning in hell.

Very dissatisfied with this store. I work Uber eats and went in and there was a long line and 3 people behind the counter. One was at a register and the other 2 watching her work. Then I asked the one behind the register if the order was ready and she said no before I even got the name out of my mouth. I will not be coming back or picking up orders from this location.

I would definitely give this place a 5 star review if I wasn’t for the cashiers that I had to encounter few times. The ladies were entirely too rude to everyone. I mean when I say rude it was almost like if everyone they encountered was an inconvenience to them. I was there for awhile because I made myself a coffee with their new machine they have that makes espresso drinks (I’ll come back to that later) I also ordered a pizza for my kids. I saw a doordasher come in and the lady told the dasher he needed to get in line like everyone else. In a very condescending way. The dasher did just that. After he got his order, I was next in line to pay for my coffee as I had already paid for my pizza. The cashier proceeds to call someone whom I assume is the manager just to give him a heads up that she told a dasher he needed to get in line like everyone else. And she noticed the dasher looking at her name tag so she just knew he was going to call and complain. As he should even if that is the case no one deserves to be talked to like that. We are paying customers not your employees. We had an oppsie aswell in the store. The cup holder I had my coffee in broke from the bottom and spilled everywhere. There was a older Hispanic gentleman who told me he would take care of it and he was super nice. I apologized and he was too too nice about it. However when one of the cashiers passed by it she looked so annoyed by it. Once we were leaving a lady in front of me who works for 7/11 (I later found out she’s a project manager) was going out the door and we were behind her me and my 3 kids. The cashier went behind us and screamed “Miss Melissa!! I need to ask you a question” but as she was headed out the door I turned around and saw she was rolling her eyes and acting very annoyed that my kids were still coming out the door. Mind you my babies are 8,6,5 and very respectful. This is when I had enough. Once the lady named Melissa went inside with the cashier to answer her question. I waited patiently for her to come out and asked her if she was management. She told me know but she would listen to my concerns. I told her everything and she was super nice about it and said she would definitely speak to the manager about it. She even offered me coupons which was so nice of her. I later came back I think maybe 2 days later and I saw Melissa as I walked through the door and she greeted me and told me she was glad I came back. Now, for one the only real reason why I came back was because of the espresso machine they have. I was paying $9 at Starbucks for myCoffee. Once I discovered this machine and then their coffee bar is filled with options. From different flavors of coffee creamers, different sugars and coffee syrup flavors. It’s honestly great. They even have extra espresso coffee shots available. That won me over. This coffee machine can make, iced americanos, macchiatos, iced lattes, iced cappuccinos and aswell as hot. You are able to customize the amount of espresso and pumps of flavor such as hazelnut, caramel, vanilla and honestly forgot what else because I just get a vanilla iced latte and go to the coffee bar and dress it up some more. I maybe spend $2-3 bucks tops. This is the only reason I came back. Over the last few days since I addressed my concerns to Melissa the stores employees have changed up and the employees honestly have been a lot better. I did see one of the female employees in there and she still walks around looking bothered but maybe that’s just her face. Anyways felt like I needed to leave this review because when I talked to family members about my experience here and how much I hated that they have me wrapped around with the espresso machine because if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t go again. They also mentioned that “that location had rude cashiers they always have an attitude” but like I said the past few days that seems to have changed a bit. So kudos to that project manager Melissa honestly! That is someone who cares about her company !

Waste of time. Soda fountain machine and even the other drink machines are always non-functional. Been here multiple times. The parking lot is always packed. At night it might be a higher crime spot, given the broken door window they had and the camera trailer.

Just had added this 7 to my daily commute and finally today , I made the decision to stop coming here . Majority of everyone is rude unpleasant. Always giving everyone attitude. On top of that the lines are always long . For the size of the store they should be on top of it but no line always backed up.

This is the gas station I normally stop at on my way to work and the cashiers are typically quite pleasant but today there was an older lady working who was being outright rude to customers. I heard her tell a customer to get their act together because she couldn’t hear what they were saying and then she continued to be rude to the next customer who wanted a lottery ticket. I was very thankful the other cashier was available to check me out so I personally didn’t have to interact with this employee.

This store is absolutely horrendous. The staff are completely inconvenienced by having to be here. You can sense the attitude of the place the moment you walk into the door. Go someplace else.

During my work hours, I am traveling to different parts of Dallas & the northern suburbs & while I'm on the move, I always try to find a 7-Eleven when I need to buy food, a drink, or candy b/c I have a Rewards account. I rarely come to this part of Dallas since none of my clients are down here, but I was riding around with a friend helping him with his work stuff. He told me he needed to stop at 7-Eleven to get something to drink & I definitely have to say that I didn't expect to see such a well-designed building! Walking in & looking around, I realized that this was the same type of layout as the flagship Quiktrip & Racetrac locations, but this location was definitely much bigger & nicer!!

Lipstick on a pig. This place is a dump, they don’t follow basics like having a proper line. They routinely overcharge. Terrible 7-11, failed with its attempted corporate remodel. Rude staff.

One of the worst stores that I been, the coffee machine not working, just 2 sizes for the fountain drinks and really dirty store, won't come back to this place

Gas pumps here are very slow and always stop just before the tank is actually full. (Like 3/4ths of the way.) It cost twice as much to fill up here than usual. Honestly it's giving scam. They're right across the street from my apartment, but I'm going elsewhere to get gas.
