I do not understand the high reviews for this place. Everything here is mediocre by Korean bakery standards. Everything from the cakes to the pastries - nothing is **at** the Korean bakery standard level. It also gives off the vibe that there are high schoolers working behind the counter with no real management.
On top of that, today, when we were there, one of the employees who looked to be like he was in high school, used his bare hands to scoop ice cream. He had bandages on his fingers touching the ice cream and I could see the sides of his arm also touching the ice cream.
I asked him, “shouldn’t you be wearing gloves?” To which another employee responded “yes” and gave him a nudge to go put then on. This took another 10 min before he found them and scooped us our ice cream.
Unacceptable standards; would be curious what the health score rating for this bakery is. Mozart bakery across the street is way better, but of course more inconvenient to drive to, if you’re already eating at the plaza where 9 rabbit bakery is located.

Just a heads up they put hot dogs in the sausage rolls. If I wanted a hot dog I would go to the gas station. Luckily I had just went to wild fork the day before so I put took the rest home slid out the hot dog meat in put in a Brazilian sausage and it elevated the entire thing They also don't use icing for the cinnamon rolls. It's a whipped vegetable oil type substitute.

I had an amazing experience at 9 rabbits bakery! The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. The service was exceptional; everyone was so friendly and attentive, truly top-tier customer service. And the coffee? So good! Rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed to start my day. Definitely a new favorite spot — highly recommend!

I had met a client here. Their avocado breakfast sandwich is fantastic with their coffee latte. They had beautiful Asian cakes and pastries but I did not try any unfortunately.

I ordered a customized cake for my sons birthday a month ago, It was not at fresh and tooo much whipping cream. I couldn’t even give it kids. Finishing is also not that great. By looking at the rating I expected a better one

Not sure what was going on, first time there and it smelled strongly of sewage all over on 10/05/25. It didn’t help the case for what seemed like over baked pastries. The staff didn’t greet or say anything about the smell. It was so unbearable that we left. I had been looking forward to visiting.

Grace (the owner of 9Rabbits) made my wedding cake via email request. It was reasonably priced for a two tiered cake for a party of ~20 ($130, IIRC), and came out very cute!
Being an Asian Bakery, the cake is bouncy and fluffy, and the icing more akin to whip cream. Not horribly saccharin like western type cakes. Grace even delivered our cake to our reception!
