PRO: The bakery is varied and has something for everyone. They have boba and coffee and are open late. Nice decor.
CON: Their business practice is dishonest. I was charged $.50 cents more than the tea menu price. They claimed the “menu needs to be updated”. Curiously, this has happened to me at another Korean shop before, with the same answer! I think they are stealing from customers hoping people won’t notice, it’s just $.50 cents, right?
It’s not an honest business model. If you come here, watch your receipt and negotiate or walk away.

Consistency is the key Back in 2019 this was my go to bakery till the tornado came and took us out and we ended up relocating I was driving by the area and dropped by to find them making the same drink I used to get back then exactly the same I’m glad this business is still thriving owner is super friendly so are the staff, they have improved their bakery selection drastically 5 out 5 across the board congratulations on being awesome and thank you for existing

It's a beautiful place and the treats are so unique. We went there on Christmas Day and you would think that service would have at least spoken to us, however they did not say 2 words. I understand that working on Christmas has to be frustrating because I did it too but you can't take that out on your customers and not even smile in the slightest bit once approached. I loved the atmosphere and the snacks were delicious but I don't think l will be going back.
Parking: It's in a big shopping center so there is plenty of parking. I know y'all will want to park closer to the door, if possible.

Excellent coffee and pastries. This is my go to place for breakfast brunch and lunch. They have sweet and savory and a microwave to warm them up. Seating is comfy and spacious with clean restrooms. Come check them out!

I cam here with my brother, Boba was awesome and very customizable. The Pastries are yummy and so cute. I also had a turkey sandwich was great. The service was fast and polite. I stay after my brother left and worked for several hours. That atmosphere was cozy and quiet.
I love the Milk tea at this place and not to mention the kindness with which they receive you, I recommend you visit the place.

9 Rabbits is one of my favorite places in Dallas. It is extremely cute and the people are have always been very friendly and helpful (for example, when one of my friends had an allergic reaction to peanuts, they offered a free item). I really appreciate that they sell the not as nice macarons or pastries at a discounted rate in sale bags instead of tossing them out. They also put a lot of effort into making new cute things. I feel like every time I go, there's something new I hadn't seen before. For example, the last time I went, there were cute Sanrio character cookies. Everyone should come support this local business!
