AC Hotel Dallas by the Galleria

Had internet issues since day1 and we stayed for a week. Location is good. Very close to Galleria.

The location is good, as it is within walking distance to the Galleries Mall and Target.
The room was somewhat modern but the bottom of my door was completely chipped off. Unfortunately, housekeeping was non-existent for most part of my trip had to be called down and go downstairs to request the room to be clean and came back to a dirty room.
The front desk staff was approachable and apologized for the inconvenience. However, I decided to check out early. Also if your person who loves a good view
room 300-322 not good options.

Great experience, the rooms are one of the best I’ve experienced in Dallas. It’s affordable with great service.

Well managed, very clean, very quiet stay with modern/stately amenities over Thanksgiving. Have steyed here a couple of times and we will be back!

Very comfortable stay. I appreciate the quiet rooms. The lobby area is very accommodating for business teams.

Only thing was that the Rooms were clean.
It absolutely reeked like weed, asked front desk to help but they didn’t do anything about any of it. Front desk lady, couldn’t have cared less. Slept terribly because of how bad it was. Lots of noise too. Parking isn’t great unless you pay 25$ a day to park in the garage. Don’t recommend

Quick 2 night stay and its was very nice. Large , clean and great location.

The rooms and hotel are beautiful. Blankets and pillows are not comfortable. Unfortunately you can hear EVERYTHING happening above you. I’m in town for work and unfortunately won’t be sleeping during my stay. You also have to pay for parking or park on the street which is ridiculous for the price of the rooms. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Clean, modern hotel with nice facilities, waking distance from the galleria including restaurants. Garage pay parking or free parking on street. Helpful staff. Got a little noisy on a Saturday night.
