The rooms and hotel are beautiful. Blankets and pillows are not comfortable. Unfortunately you can hear EVERYTHING happening above you. I’m in town for work and unfortunately won’t be sleeping during my stay. You also have to pay for parking or park on the street which is ridiculous for the price of the rooms. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Clean, modern hotel with nice facilities, waking distance from the galleria including restaurants. Garage pay parking or free parking on street. Helpful staff. Got a little noisy on a Saturday night.

Hillary at the front desk was super helpful. The property was clean. Pool was great and the gym was fantastic.

Thony Durand has some of the best customer service I’ve received EVER at a hotel. Currently traveling for work and this gentleman made my TRIP! Funny, charismatic, and overall just downright HELPFUL. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back and my entire staff. Nice Job Thony! Whoever trains him needs a raise as well! This guy will be working somewhere high in corporate in no time!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice! We also liked that there was a bar inside the hotel. It is near a lot of restaurants, right down the road from target and within walking distance of the galleria. We also liked that it was near a world market and dutch bros (less than 10 minutes away). As a person that has a fear of elevators, the elevators at this hotel were nice and well maintained. Parking was also great, I believe it was $24 a day. The parking garage is behind the hotel, and you can walk into the hotel from the parking garage which was really nice. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. It is in a great area.

Spent a week at the hotel while working at the local mall, Galleria Mall. I was able to walk the mall and back at all hours with no issues. Hotel room was nice but the daily cleaning wasn't the best. Continental breakfast was great and the bar in the evening was wonderful.

This was a pleasure to have spent my business trip at!! Clean, have everything you need for the kitchen area. Full fridge, two electric burners, no stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a dishwasher. They gave you new, scrubber ,dish soap( do not enjoy Palmolive, very penetrating smell for plastic kid cups) glass wear, plates, bowls, cups (no plastic other then spatula,spoon..etc)- restroom, toilet was low and small- ( Texas size porcelain) pls- 🤣 anyway, the shower had amazing water pressure, only thing is one glass panel, which was confusing 🫤 the water soaked the whole floor/and steam soaks the entire restroom- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, even soap. Many outlets!!!! Thank you for that- we did have an issue with the air conditioner and they were up there pretty quick( needed a reset and a filter)🤣 all good back at a smooth 73. Everyone was pleasant and inviting as far as staff we’re concerned, even infused water at the desk during check in( it’s flipping Texas in July) 🥰 Pool, gym, outdoor shower/restroom,and even towels( very cool area for kids or your tan) don’t forget your 9$ Seltzer 😏 food and drinks for an additional charge- parking garage a day is 25$ or park on the side road( they say it’s safe) drop off in front /check in unpack on one of the carts- and drive to the garage( many steps to elevator) get them steps in 😋
Not a bad stay I did enjoy the washer and dryer on the floor and constantly seeing every amazing staff member Helping me

I reserved two rooms here. The rooms were clean and pretty well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Galleria Mall, however, the surrounding area was a little sketchy. The front desk staff was nice but didn't explain anything regarding amenities, breakfast, bar and restaurant hours, etc... at check-in.

The worst hotel I have ever had to deal with. My company pays for my hotel and the person behind the desk disregarded and charged me over 3,000$ for my stay. We called and they accounting department never returned my calls. They have claimed they are rectifying and I was just charged another 2,000$. No one will return my calls either. Horrible service.

Broken furniture, broken TV, no hot water for 24 hours
Not even close to what I was expecting from this brand. Motel 6 can do this better

This location was OK. The dual branding is confusing as Residence Inn guests eat free but the AC guests have to pay, yet the Residence Inn side looks like an abandoned building. Plus the breakfast is not all that great for the cost. The parking situation wasn't well explained upon check-in, and the lack of a microwave in the room was a pain. Also, the showers are badly designed: the controls are tricky, and the showers leak water all over the bathroom. I'll be staying at a different Marriott property next time.
