Clean, modern hotel with nice facilities, waking distance from the galleria including restaurants. Garage pay parking or free parking on street. Helpful staff. Got a little noisy on a Saturday night.
Thony Durand has some of the best customer service I’ve received EVER at a hotel. Currently traveling for work and this gentleman made my TRIP! Funny, charismatic, and overall just downright HELPFUL. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back and my entire staff. Nice Job Thony! Whoever trains him needs a raise as well! This guy will be working somewhere high in corporate in no time!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice! We also liked that there was a bar inside the hotel. It is near a lot of restaurants, right down the road from target and within walking distance of the galleria. We also liked that it was near a world market and dutch bros (less than 10 minutes away). As a person that has a fear of elevators, the elevators at this hotel were nice and well maintained....
